...not that belgium was showing a great gameplay neither, even if they won in my opinion (didn't saw the full match but still)
until now it's a world cup of penality, referee's mistakes and meh playing most of the time. the only teams that let me incredibly surprised was netherlands and croatia. as an italian I should say italy too, but we still need to work on our strategy

Mexico was way better that I though. As always, a surprise in this World Cup. Brazil is playing with unexpected good teams for sure

Hum I don't think it was that embarrassing, they didn't play likes gods but they had a few huge chances but Ochoa was simply awesome tonight. That being said yes, they didn't play that great either, people expect much more from them. Maybe it's the pressure...

Mexico played really nicely and could have had some great chances if they knew how to shoot on target ^^ I think in the end it was something like 2/12 shots :/

Overall, and without Ochoa, I think Brazil deserved the win a little bit more but I guess a draw is normal and fair. Just too bad it didn't ended 2-2 or something xD

actually Brazil is a great team, one of the best. great in individuals and in team, but tonight there was no strategy it was all too confused :/ might be the pressure (sure they have a lot on them) but still I saw a better Brazil against Croatia, that's all. 
still unbelievable that mexico's goalkeeper isn't in any team but he's free! He will sure be call by hundred of international teams for the next football season

South Korea-Russia was average, not a lot of action and the draw is fair for both I guess. To be honest I expected Russia to play better.

For today:
Australia - Netherlands: 0-5
Spain - Chile: 2-2

For Netherlands let's go crazy after the first game who knows and I want goooooooals xD For Spain... honestly I don't know anymore, I think they either will be as good as in the past and just beat Chile or just fail again completely, it could go either way and only Spain's players really know how it's going to be. So I say 2-2 but I have really no idea and Spain should win it I guess...
Croatia should win the last game easily, Cameroon doesn't look dangerous.

About Spain to be honest I wish they fail and will not qualify in the end. They have win so much, set so many records, it's ok now their country and the players had a great time and are legends, now it's time to become a "normal" team again and fail ^^

I guess Brazilian mistake is to have Paulinho playing when you have Ramires and Hernanes... Paulinho didn't have a great year on Tottenham and he's not playing the expected... there's no reason to keep going with him, don't you guys agree? and yesterday the coach allowed him to play the whole match (?) he's overwhelming Oscar and Luiz Gustavo, Oscar can't do what he should because he has to deal with marking, which is Paulinho's role.

and also the coach keeps doing the same change every game, Fred-Jô, and it doesn't change the game... if it's not working with the striker, so try Neymar playing as striker and come with William or Bernard. of course it's not a good choice to start the game like this, but he can at least try it during difficult games as yesterday's.

i might be biased here, but i think it was a huge mistake to leave out coutinho (I'm a liverpool fan so you see why i'm saying this). he had a great season at liverpool and he has a great ability to cut through defenses. i can't comment on the matches cos i had an early night last night, but was pretty shocked at how algeria managed to grab a lead and hang on for so long, though it's yet to be seen if my idea that belgium will have problems gelling as a team is true.

Too bad for Australia! Very nice game!! In the end they missed a huge chance at 2-2 and then Netherlands scores for the 3-2... Defense not good enough + missed a huge chance = you pay the price in the WC.

But I think Australia can be proud, their team did good despite the scores.

australia was good, they made netherlands suffer way better than spain. maybe too much pressure being the last world champions as brazil is suffering with the pressure to play in their country? who knows

I should feel sorry for Spain losing 2-0 with chile but omg I'm laughing so hard. Spain can play better than this but Chile is playing so hard!!

Looks like it's over but you never know... they need to have a perfect second half to come back from this and Chile plays good.

Well they didn't even score once... they had a few chances but it just wasn't their day/tourney ^^

Will be interesting to see what their team will do in the future, who will leave, who will come, will they change their style, etc.

Croatia did a very good job they could have score even more! But Cameroon played poorly in every part of the game... then red card... At the end it seems they just wanted to score 1 goal, they could have lost 7-0 seriously or more. Also 2 of them almost started to fight, yeah... They look really bad in this WC sadly for them.
