As being originally German, I am glad they won, but I too felt really bad for Brazil.

1:7 was hard. Really hard. But the selecao played that bad yesterday, they kind of deserved it. The brazilian fans not, though.

Totally agree with that, I feel bad for the Brazilian people and fans, not for their team. The way they played was unreal, like little kids. I wonder what is going to happen for them now, there is still the game for third place. If Argentina loses we would get a Argentina-Brazil ^^

I think as you guys that Netherlands will win today. If it will happen final will be really exciting, because both of the teams are really strong, and I'm amazed by Germany according to that match with Brazil. 
Well, every team has lucky and unlucky days, and Brazil had one of the unlucky days yesterday. Really feel bad for them, especially when I saw people crying. Can't handle such kind of thing T.T

@Milo kun: Don't worry, All the ways Brazil will always stay as country of football and to my mind nothing will ever change that status :3 even losing with Germany with this difference of goals. They were fighting till the end!

haven't been here for very long due to certain reasons.. anyway yesterday's match was shocking from the start to the end.. the player's holding up neymar's shirt while singing their national anthem made it look like he died and was being commemorated, and the way their defense were being ripped to shreds in the first 30 minutes never looked like that of a 5 time winner.. schurrle almost looked embarrassed to score those 2 goals in the 2nd half, in fact the entire german team totally looked to be taking pity on them by letting up so much in the 2nd half. going to be harsh and say that if anything, brazil should have lost by an even bigger margin with the way they played. losing thiago to suspension and neymar to injury is no excuse for such a performance. i just feel damn sorry for their fans for having to watch such a spectacle. such as this guy


and what he did after that match to this german fan was just pure class. nearly brought tears to my eyes.

definitely wont be seeing anything like that tonight, but still going to be pretty much end to end action. with RVP and Robben up against Messi, i predict a busy night for the defence and the GK, but I still fancy Netherlands to get through.. 2-1 to Netherlands, just simply because i think the loss of di Maria will take a lot of bite out of Argentina's attack, as I don't think any of his replacements are on the same level

Im not a man and maybe i dont understand football as well as the boys do but the first half of the game seemed too weak for me. I expected more :/ they weren't playing, they were attacking each other like Indi's accident with Messi and yellow card or Sneider's foot T.T let's see what will be next :3

So, it's Argentina again. Third time in a row at world cups (2006 and 2010 went well for us^^), third final against argentina. Don't know what kind of game to expect but I'm pretty sure we can beat them!

pretty thankful i didn't stay up for that match, heard it was terrible.. but should be a pretty good final provided argentina don't play like how they did yesterday. still hoping germany win, my random $5 bet on germany winning the world cup surprisingly managed to survive up till now

Germany will be champion, no problem at all. This Argentina team cannot beat Germany unless something special happens.

I don't think it will be exciting or awesome guys to be honest, Germany will crush Argentina.

Their only hope to win is if Messi walks on water and is unstoppable that day. But something tell me that Germany is aware of him and will prepare something to stop him anyway. Di Maria might be back so that's another small chance.

Not saying we will get a 7-1 again obviously but Germany got this in the bag IMHO. They are the only team that deserves the title, the other teams either played played at some point or got lucky at the right moment.

Overall Germany is the one that made the less mistakes, played better and even showed they can score a lot. They are not perfect or unstoppable like Spain was in the past years maybe but they are the best team overall by far in this tourney.

okay I agree, Germany will beat Argentina... but I have to say something, Germany hasn't played a 'great' game yet. They beat 4x0 Portugal and 7x1 Brazil, but there was no game. Portugal got an expelled player in the beginning of the game and Brazil was playing without strategy and giving space, even Germany was shocked because it was so easy.


I'm not saying Germany will not play a great match and they're not a great team, they can smash Argentina, but I'm just saying they had problems against the others teams who required more like Ghana, USA, Algeria and France.
