so what does this says? is it a broadcast of one of SCANDAL's concert tour or an ON-AIR LIVE? SHIBUYA? anyone knows more about this?

They'll be appearing on a WOWOW show called "Shibuya LIVE! The Primeshow" which will be aired on channel BS9. It'll also be a free viewing hour for that hour so everyone who can tune in to BS channels can tune in to the show for free.

ok that brings me to another question: How do I watch Japanese TVs? I know that there is a couple of software that allows viewing channels from Japan and other countries, but they're more news or free programs.

I REALLY want to watch real Japanese TV, a full Japanese programming, like NHK, TBS, FujiTV, NTV, or other digital channels like Animax, WOWOW(?), and Broadcasting Satellites (BS) channels. how do I, living in Midwest America, obtain those channels?

With the Internet, shouldn't there be a way to watch those on Internet TV, full Japanese programming? I assume there is a paid subscription service.

I really like to know, even if I don't have the finances for it now, It's informative for future use.

I only know ニコニコ動画 (Nico Nico Douga) if you want to watch TV broadcasted events in Japan. (You need to create an account just to watch videos there.) They usually stream live concerts too.

You also might want to check your local cable company about getting those channels as well.

Other than that, I never heard of any Internet TV that offer such services not unless if someone in Japan records the broadcast then shares it in the Internet on which that method is actually illegal.

Actually, i just found out that the show is also being streamed online through ustream n niconico. But they don't allow for outside viewers for ustream. I'm not sure about niconico though.

I do have a Nico account, usually used for watching live Japanese sports tv.

my cably company doesn't carry those services.

I'm disappointed that there is no Japanese Internet TV.
