@ Geo: Yeah Kinokuniya is yummy stuff, I like the location in Washington the best because it's pretty much in downtown and connected to Uwajimaya center... The ones here in LA and SD aren't bad either, but I found that people were more sociable up North, so it wasn't necessarily the shop itself that won me over...
Zelda Symphony for me in July! WOOT!!!
@ Charly: We're pretty much scattered around the US, but it just appears that SoCal is the hotspot because a majority of the shows, concerts, etc., happens to land on the Westcoast... I keep in contact with everyone around the country occasionally just because, whether it's a simple "hey" or specific inquiry, we stay connected one way or another... Easier done if you're on FB, but I keep it old school and go directly to the source through rotary phones and such... HA HA!
@ Aosaru: Registration fee will go up another $10 if you don't register by the first deadline, but I registered last year so my fee was about $45... I was training for Ninja Warrior as well last year so I couldn't let it all go to waste... What better way to keep in shape for the next competition than to run away from zombies? :D
6 miles is the max you should be able to run, but 10 miles in an hour should be your aim for now... You figure that it's 3+ miles minimum if you take the correct route, 6+ if you go the wrong way, then you put the obstacles into account... 10 miles in an hour seems about right to not get left in the dust? HA! Plus the marathon releases the next wave of runners every 30mins, so you don't want to get lapped...
