As for the first version, I will purchase the sapphire one simply because I am more a water type than a fire one and I am lucky because the leader of the aqua team, Arthur (don't know his name in english) is so charming!

Yeah. In BW there's a ghost girl on one of the bridges. Then in BW2 there's a creepy house that you get to explore and the ghost girl from BW has some connection to it, I think.

The other most notable would be the chateau in D/P/Pt. It's full of weird little things haha

So for a while now Ive been wanting to draw the SCANDAL Elite Four, but I'm not sure what to dress them in lol They have a lot of showy/flashy outfits that would be great but I just can't decide. Or maybe it should be something original or more Pokemon-y?

Tomomi Elite Four member 1
Rina Elite Four member 2
Haruna Elite Four member 3
and Mami Elite Four member 4
She's the strongest

Even as a Tomo fan, I think it's fair to say that Mami should be the last E4 member before the champ. Out of the 4 of them, she probably has the most hours logged in the Pokemon games. Roxie would probably be a fan of them! XD

Each of them should have a Meloetta or something. :D

Your comment just made me picture like a whole scene in my head. Like, imagine you head into the Elite Four castle and you bump into Roxie and she's all -

"Oh, hey! Are you here to challenge the Elite Four? Did you know the members of the E4 are actually a band? Apart, they're the  members of -insert region name here-'s Elite Four, but together, they're SCANDAL! They rock! I came all the way from Unova to see one of their lives ;D"

I wish they would talk about what Pokemon they like more. So far, all I can think of for them would be a Tyrantrum for Haru, a Goodra for Tomo, and maybe a Nidoking or Charizard or Pigeot for Mami haha

They should all be able to mega evolve so I gave her a key stone as an earing like that girl from the mega evolution special lol
Also, gave her high shoes like Valerie b/c Haru's short xDD

This is what I was thinking for Tomo. Something simple, but with some wow factors.

I really liked those feather things she had in the arena lives so I added them to this. They kinda look like dragon claws or something to me lol
Her key stone is on her bracelet. Her cape thing is all glittery and shiny :3

Glad that you kept her feathery shoulder things. Glittery cape and pokeball design on the side are nice touches too.
I think she'd use at least 1 bird pokemon in her lineup...make it a shiny version~

Actually if you want to make their party, shouldn't they be like in games, mono typed?
The type could follow their personality and would follow the design you created or maybe inspire you with your design if you don't already have them all. 
With the actual concept of Haruna i would think the type could be dark, fire or dragon? With the idea of a Tyranitar of somechineseguy it would probably be a dark type. 
For Tomomi, I don't know. The cape make me think something like Ice or Psychic? Or maybe electric? Not really sure about this one. Actually the shirt could be the color of the type we choosen if we can decide one  
For Rina, without concept i would say maybe Fairy, Water, or Normal? Have to be a cute type  
And for Mami, since it would be the fourth one, dragon could be good. Other type that i think could be good for her would be Steel, Electric or Ghost maybe?
The idea of type that i give could not be good or the idea of assigning a type to them may not be good. If you love it maybe try finding the type you think would fit the best to one of the girls and maybe try to make a team around that type that could be strong with pokemon that could still follow their personnal style. (Actually when i say mono typed everyone understand that a ghost/steel can be considered in both type) Also possible to make one or two exeption in a team.
Also have to mention big Pokemon fan having every main version from emerald to X/Y

I hadn't thought about them being mono-typed like in the games :O
I just figured they would use w/e pokemon to make it more challenging haha

But yeah if I had to say I would say Haru Fire/Dark/Dragon. Hmm hard to choose
Tomo Electric or Ice would be cool.

Actually i don't know if you ever played "stategic" pokémon but a well thought mono typed team can be devastating to any team. With the double typing you can erase the most common weakness of your type for almost every type. Also, lots of pokémon will actually learn move that will counter their own weekness and if they are fast pokémon or bulky, they can get an attack on you even if you have the type advantage and win.

And if you really want it to make it challenging make them all level 100 pokémon with max IVs, trained EVs with some amazing move pool played by real player and if you can beat the 4 in a row with the same team, well your amazing xD

If we say Rina fairy, the mega evolving pokémon would be Mawile or Gardevoir.

Tomo Electric or Ice, well for ice its only Abomasnow and Electric, Manetric and Ampharos

For Haruna with all those type there is just too many possibility lol

And if you want a "not many weakness type" Electric, Water, Poison, Ghost and Normal all have 2/1 weekness. Also, Steel even with 3 weekness is still the best defensive type of the game.

I think the colour of the fingerless gloves should be changed though. Maybe white or a light-blue.
I can see her using Milotic, Glaceon, or Sylveon~ (As a Hoenn fanboy, I'm leaning towards Milotic here )

PS. Not sure if it was planned, but her leggings remind me of Togepi's shell design

So, for Mami's design I really don't have much of a clue. All I know is that she should wear pants and I want her hair color to be blonde w/ blue. So if you've got any suggestions on what she should wear, please tell me~

The fairy typed team that i was thinking about would be :

Diancie/Mega-Diancie (need to see this pokémon in action. Is it true that the event to have him will begin the 19 july and end the 30 september? Read that somewhere)
Togekiss
Sylveon
Whimsicott
Azumarill
And for the last one i was not really sure. It could be Gardevoir or Mawile but since Diancie would be the mega-evolving pokemon I don't know. Other option would be Klefki or Mr.Mime. Could also be Xerneas but maybe it would be too much. It's only second member of Elite 4 xD. Actually the last one could be any other fairy type pokémon i guess. Actually love the Milotic idea but he's not fairy and don't even learn 1 fairy move. Maybe could make an exeption because he would really be great with the design i think.

For other member type will need to think about this more i guess. Hard to choose which one would be the best.

I think Haru would best fit with Dragon. For the longest time they were the strongest type and having her being ahead of Rina shows that she was strong enough to beat a Fairy type trainer with her dragons hehe

Also, I'm pretty sure Haru was born on the Year of the Dragon ;O
