With the introduction of hidden abilities, Speed Boost Blaziken is pretty annoying. I don't know about most powerful of all starters but I personally dislike HA Blaziken, HA Serperior, and HA Greninja.

This is part of the reason why I don't play competitive often and instead hatch shinies out of sheer boredom

Yep I know that feel. I missed the days when you don't need to look out for EVs and IVs, and instead. just beat the crap out of each other's Charizard or Dragonite. (those were staples among my friends' parties.) xD

Okay so I've FINALLY gotten back into pokemon even though I don't have a gba, ds or 3ds ( 8o ) but anyways, I'm playing Ruby right now since I already played Emerald, as well as Fire Red and I only have the GBA emulator. My current team consists of: Swampert, Gardevoir, Absol, Vibrava, Lairon, and Breloom. (All Lvl 40) I just beat the Mossdeep Gym, and now I'm surfing around training. (Man it's annoying training Lairon with all of these Water Pokemon around...) but anyways I'm still resharpening my skills... and still waiting till I can get a 3ds.

Part of me feels kinda bummed that they still haven't announced the next Pokemon game, but another part of me is like "ok, that's fine. Take your time. Make it as best a game as you can"

In the meantime, I really wanna play Omega Ruby and I kinda also wanna play the new Mystery Dungeon that's gonna come out later this year.

The latest decoration I got was the retro Ruby and Sapphire certificate. The base should be too hard to find.
I wasn't sure what team to use, so I just went with the squad I had to get a maison trophy. Maybe I'll do a humble-brag shiny team next time lol!

Oh man, I'm super jealous of your Serperior! I spent sooo long trying to MM hatch a Snivy but no luck. I got to about 400-500 eggs before I rage quit. That pretty much ended shiny breeding for me x(

And for the Pidgeot statue, you can get it by winning each master rank contest 3 times. I just spammed cosplay Pikachu for all of them.

Right now, owners of ORAS can get a shiny Rayquaza!
