She probably got a bad encounter with one when she was a kid and got scared or just hated the sound. Usually it something like that and then fear isn't rational so you usually keep it when growing up ^^ That being said the way she said looks like she is really terrified or maybe she is just exaggerating a bit =P

I understand her to be honest, I really dislike all insects and things like that too even if I don't really have a "fear story" from when I was younger.

With RINA being scared by cicadas and HARU by birds... what about TIMO? MAMI I think like insects or at least doesn't mind, if I remember correctly she said something about that in an interview.

i would advise her to give a little more depth to her answers. with feelings. maybe like: "for foundation i often use Liquid sometimes BB Cream. mMmm.. i don't like powder.." <--fans will dig that. and her friendliness level will grow sky high! BUT she is not like that NOPE. my take is she does not like to be bothered, likes to go at her own pace and let's get this over with now! attitude. take it or leave it. thats Haru for you. personally i love it.

You know, usually when "celebrities" say things like that about fans I think "yeah right s/he is not gonna read anything it's just PR anyway"... But not SCANDAL and especially not RINA. Even if they obviously have to do PR stuff to sell the band they are real and care about the fans   

I picture RINA having a special room full of everything related to SCANDAL like the goods they sell o fan letters =P
