Kira Yamato (Gundam SEED/Destiny) - Awesome pilot. Able to take down 1 whole fleet single-handedly without killing anyone. Strong-willed and just plain cool.

Setsuna F.Seiei (Gundam 00) - Don't know how to explain >.<

Lelouch (Code Geass) - Simply brilliant.

Allen Walker (DGrayman) - Great guy. Probably would to anything to protect his friends.

Kanda (DGrayman) - Always showing his cold side to everyone but cares a lot for his friends.

Izaya (Durarara) - A little creepy but thats what makes him cool..along with himself~

Takasu Ryuuji (Toradora) - Don't really know why but i find him cool.

Kawashima Ami (Toradora) - Don't really know how to explain for her >.<

Jo (Bakaretsu Tenshi/ Burst Angel) - 1 of the coolest female characters.

You can see how he jokes around and tries to be nice to everyone,well not really nice,but be friendly to them.

Then when he prepares to fight,you can see how powerful he is but you still have that feeling where you think he always has an ace in the hole.

1. Leluoch - Code Geass - he is genius, master tactician..
2. Light Yagami - Death Note - he is as genius as leluoch, and able to hid his feeling.
3. Zoro - One Piece - great determination and sword skill
4. Aizen - Genius, and Manipulative
5. Team Rocket - Never say give although have failed more than 1000 times... .lol.

Not in any particular order

1.) Hatake Kakashi (Naruto) - Well balance character, Very composed and logical - cool literally
2.) Nara Shikamaru (Naruto) - like Kakashi is also a well balance character does not rely solely in raw power
3.) Kenshin Himura (Samurai X) - Determination and Technical Skills
4.) Saito Hajime (Samurai X) - Lone Wolf type the anti hero but in the end he is in the side of good
5.) Vegeta (Draganball Z) - The arrogance anti social type, for me the victim of most injustices in the Draganball Universe. He will train hard just to get his ass kicked by a new enemy then Goku arrives and end of discussion. Then the cycle continues
6.) Kurama (YuYu Hakusho) - another genius with a savage nature
7.) Rick Hunter or Hikaru Ichijo (Macross) - One of the characters that I really idolize at some point in my life I include in my prayers at night that the Zentradi invade earth and I will volunteer to be a valkyrie pilot and with some favorable twist of fate I will have my Misa Hayase or Lynn Mynmei

I got hit by a motorcycle because of him when I was five years old I thought it was Battle Hopper (his AI motorcycle) so I ran straight to it screaming its name the last thing I remember is seeing the blue sky - the pavement - the blue sky and the pavement before I ran home crying.

For me he will always be the best Kamen Rider of all time, Dark themed captivating story of revenge with a not so happy ending.
