To be honest I think it'll be on the last DVD, like the Season 1 OVA. That seems to be how they do OVA/Extra episodes.

Actually, Azusa joins about halfway through the first season, and in the second season they want new members so the club doesn't get shut down when they graduate.
As far as the Don't say 'lazy' cover by SCANDAL, it was only a live performance. No single, not even a studio recording unfortunately

before I knew SCANDAL, I watched K-On! and thought they were the most awesome fictional, anime band EVER! Songs like Don't Say Lazy and No, Thank you are so awesome, and the story is so funny, the characters are so hilarious. Mio and her scared of anything dark and creepy are so funny.
I hope SCANDAL would cover NO, THANK YOU as well. it's such a great song, I sometimes imagine that they would.

Yep, there are plans for a movie, but all we have is a short teaser clip at the end of episode 26 of K-ON!!, which basically has Yui walking on screen, a bunch of clips from the show play, and Yui walks back off again.

everytime I see K-On (characters and such), I remember SCANDAL. I always thought that Mio is pretty much like Mami, I don't know why
