I would rush straight to Akihabara to visit AKB48 in their theatre !
I would see Scandal first if I could, but I know where to find AKB48 !

I'll eat all I can in their restaurant. Go to their LANDMARKS. Of course I want to go to TOKYO TOWER.

then I'll be looking for my dear SCANDAL.

Get to my hotel, hopefully very high up, and look at the Skyline.

I'll tell you exactly what I'd do once I actually go there and get back

Get lost in the streets, been to be Japan before already but it was in the dead of winter so I didn't really venture out much.

i have a cousin in japan and she is one of the persons who influence me in japanese culture... so if i happen to go in japan, i would rather go to their palce and meet their siblings......

if i were to go to japan,...i guess the first thing that i'm gonna do is i'll go to a music store and buy all the SCANDAL cd they have....... .uhuh.

First thing I did when I visited Japan was to get to the place I was staying and explore the area where the hotel is.
And then do the tourist stuff. Nerd stuff gets mixed in the procedure :D

1. Try to go to a SCANDAL Concert
2. Visit the Tokyo Tower
3. go by Shinkansen train :D
4. Visit the Himeji-jō
5. Eat some Real Sushi ( in germany it taste like . . . . . )

and i try to do much more things ^^

The first obvious thing I would do once I get to Japan is to see SCANDAL in person .love.
I would then see the 1:1 scale Gundam =D
And eat some Japanese food

rush in to a toy store and buy an anime collectible then go search for scandal items
eat streetfood then go to disneyland then walk beneath cherry blossoms :D

I've been to Japan before but first thing I'll do when I visit again is walk several parts of Tokyo that I really liked:

Shibuya because I played The World Ends With You, so I was very excited to stay there last time I visited (and the area is really nice!)

Harajuku because many people have really cool clothes

Ginza because that's where I found many fancy chocolate, ice cream, and pastry stores which I love to shop for

Shimokitazawa because I liked it for its rustic feel, and I'm afraid it's going to be destroyed soon (if it hasn't yet) by the new major city construction project

Then I will stop people at the Shibuya station and ask them to show me around the rest of Tokyo because I don't know what to see

If things work out, I'm planning to go in late July or August this year.

I want to see Japan so much but my wife who is Indian will not go there !
She says it is too 'foreign' for her !

But when my daughter graduates from University she is going there to teach English
and I will travel with her.

establish a life there and.... continue finding scandal and.... enter their world of music industry( I know it's hard and I don't know about it) if I could earn much money and....... I have house in japan now so... I can also have a vacation there .clap.

@tonymiller No need to wait until graduation! Leave a Scandal CD in your daughter's backpack "by accident". In a week or so, she'll be addicted to their music and will beg her mom and dad to take her to a Scandal concert in Japan right away. Then it will be two against one, and your wife will relent!

That is a cool idea mmoroz, but my daughter is a huge 'Dir en grey' fan
and they have already been to London 3 times !
You can also find 'The Gazette' and 'Kat-Tun' CD's in HMV as they will
only sell bands who have been to England.

First thing that I will do when I'm in Japan is to go to Shibuya and cross to the one of the busiest pedestrian lane in Japan....

Reason:

*Shibuya is famous for it's scramble crossing!

*I saw it in a game so I want to go there!!

Well everyone would wanna go buy all of their dream goods if they finally get the chance to go to Japan.

But the first thing I would do is try some whale sushi!

I will go to my hometown i guess...

first thing i would do in japan is buy every concert tickets of SCANDAL. then hopefully be able to get their autographs with pics of them with me. buy everything i can SCANDAL related and then go to AKIBA

1st thing to do is to look for a place to stay. Then check the schedule for any SCANDAL appearances. depending on the dates i will visit some of my friends there; in Nagoya and Kobe. OR visit Akiba and attend comiket (yes, i plan on going there when comiket comes) then Shinjuku and Shibuya.

the only reason i will go there is probably study abroad... but when the time comes, and i really go there. i will buy a ticket to one of SCANDAL's live performance... .uhuh.

I would probably rush lots of performance, especially SCANDAL. Would like to tour Saitama if possible since hearing from my sensei its nice. Just wish to know more japan SCANDAL fans there too! (L)
