今日は、みんなでミーティング。
からのボイトレでしたん。
ボイトレの先生と喋ってて、逆に普段やらない方がいいことってありますか?って聞いたら…
「あー腹筋は絶対やらないでっ」
って。
あら。私ずっと勘違いしてた。
一時期腹筋に燃えてた時期があったんだけど、逆効果らしい。
そのかわり、背筋はやった方がいいよって!
気をつけまーす。
そして頑張りまーす。
明日はリハっす。

Had some trouble translating this, partly because apparently sit-ups are supposed to help with your voice (makes your diaphragm stronger), so I was kind of confused about that part. haha. Sorry for any errors I may have made!Voice training

Today we had a meeting.
Then I had voice training.
I talked with my voice training sensei, and I asked, "Conversely, is it better not doing the usual things?"...
"Ah, you must absolutely not do sit-ups"
They said.
Ah. I've misunderstood this whole time.
For a while I was getting fired up doing sit-ups, but it seems it was acting against me.
Instead, I should work on my back muscles!
I'll be careful.
And I'll do my best.
Tomorrow we have a rehearsal.
I recently got New glasses.
I had lost my previous ones.
