It's been a few years since I saw 1.11 and 2.22 never did see 3.33 and the fourth movie is yet to be released. If memory serves though the movies are a retelling of the series or rebuild of Evangelion as it is more commonly known.
On topic I watched #ALIVE, a Korean zombie flick on Netflix last night thoroughly enjoyed it.

Not really as the "Rebuild" theatrical versions is a re-telling that is allegedly easier for the non-hardcore fan to fathom. I still find it a relatively difficult story (think Kubrick's 2001) but the basic premise of the plot is easy to understand from the film. My plan is to start to watch the original 1995 version after 3.33 tonight.
BTW the fourth and final film, 3.0+1.0, was out last week in Japan. The cinemas in the UK are still not opened, and I do hope they will open soon (apart from a few Hollywood films, no Japanese films have UK release dates announced yet).

Had a Makoto Shinkai day yesterday.
The Garden of Words beautifully animated a little short at 46 minutes but not going to complain as it only cost me £4.99.
Then re-watched Your Name and Weathering With You.
I noticed they all appear to be set in the same universe as major characters have cameos in each film, didn't pick up on it first time round.
