If you look closely, you'll see that each plaid square on the cover corresponds to the members' clothes (from L to R, top to bottom: HARU, MAMI, RINA, TOMO).

Retro SCANDAL~ So happy I decided to buy the Regular and T-Shirt editions. But hopefully I can still buy the DVD next month. The covers are just so good! (Also kind of hopeful to get a MAMI sticker. fufu)

Absolutely digging the album covers. They all look badass with that rebel punk feel especially Haruna with that natural scowl of hers, suspenders and worn out boots. She's totes going "take the goddamn photo already, I'm over this!" I think Mami fits right into the style of clothing (I guess its similar to what she wears normally anyway). Nice Polo shirt and bowlers hat, Tomo and them glasses Rina I guess she's always cute whatever she wears.

Honestly I can't wait till the album is released.

The limited version with the tshirt, it is like the Standard Deluxe Edition (with the tshirt) ? I mean, it is a box with the regular version of the cd and the tshirt, or  the cd with another cover and the t-shirt ? 
Because, I have the regular version of Standard and I totally hesitate between the Regular Edition and the T-shirt Edition of Hello World ! ^^

I understand what you're asking about! It's not 100% confirmed, but I believe that, yes, it will be the same kind of thing as STANDARD where the CD that comes with the T-Shirt Edition of HELLO WORLD will have the same cover as the Regular Edition.

A thought just occurred to me, but are the shirts made to be worn? I ask because no mention of sizes has been made . . .

The interview where they talk about that is in the December issue of GiGS magazine. From what I've seen of the clips of it floating around, the band does mention that RINA plays the guitar and sings the main vocals in a song. However, they don't specifically mention which song in the clips that I've seen. I might get a copy of the magazine so I can translate the entire article.

My translation of what I can find of the article right now:

Yes, they are made to be worn. They haven't mentioned the size because I'm sure they plan to announce it at the same time they release the shirt design, which is what they did with the STANDARD T-Shirt Edition. If they follow the same pattern as STANDARD, it'll come in a Japan size M only (US mens size S).

I guess that rules out the t-shirt edition for me then because I really don't think I will fit a US men's size S comfortably . . .

The retro look with a slight tint of vintage lighting. Absolutely perfect. 

Rina singing and playing guitar will be interesting. I kinda hope that another member, probably Mami given her past experience and all, would take the drums in that song. Can't wait for it!

Well a split single doesn't make it any less of an official release, it's still one of SCANDAL's releases and I would have been surprised if it wasn't in.

The covers are awesome to say the least. Good to see the T-shirt edition is looking more vibrant than last year's. All of them are looking totally like bosses in them. And damn RINA loves her glasses recently, she looks damn cute with them on, or maybe it's just my bias.  I got to say though, I'm not used to seeing MAMI in non-baggy clothes.

Fortunately the cover I'm least impressed with is the vinyl one, since I don't have a turntable and there's no point in getting that one. If as expected the T-shirt version comes with the Reguiar cover inside these might be the best covers I have in my collection after Departure. I really love their casual styled covers

Already posted my opinion on the covers in the gallery thread so basically I really love the style but think the orange logo in th corner is very cheap and doesn't fit the rest IMHO...

About the track list, I'm very happy to see Place of life in it! (yes it was almost sure but there was a doubt I guess). It has a featuring but it seems it's a musician not a singer which is good because honestly I don't want to hear anyone else singing on this album expect my 4 favorite girls ^^

About RINA playing guitar in a song... Does this girl know everything, is she perfection or what ? :D Now let's wait for more info on that but I surely want to see that song played live with her on the guitar ! But who would drumming then ? :s anyway that's another topic.

I feel as excited as everyone! The covers are not what I expect them to be. They're even better than I thought. I can't even pick which outfit do I like best.
Haruna looks like a total bad-ass/boss in her Twitter DP, and in the Album Covers.
It's awesome to see Mami wearing those kinds of pants (don't know what you call it lol), and her hair is just as cool as Haruna.
Tomomi and Jumpers is beauty. I was also expecting her to be wearing a hat. I mean she's almost worn one in ever album jacket (BA, STANDARD) XD
And Rina...Rina's just so beautiful with whatever she wears. Like make her wear an ugly shirt, she'll make it beautiful.

I couldn't wait to hear those songs! And I definitely couldn't wait to hear Rina on main vocals(and on guitar, if she's recorded)! I mean, Almond Crush's song and Sunny Day Sunday is not enough for me to hear dear Rina's voice as Main~

Place of life is best suited as the last song in the album in my opinion... they always pick the best-suited-last-track song for all of their albums so far. The track I'm most curious about is Winter Story, wonder how it sounds. I think RINA wrote the lyrics for the song. 

Anyway, the song titles are really simple in terms of the sound and feel but it's totally fine. Can't wait to hear the previews

Hehe very nice cover...  Not a big fan of the settings but I love the way Haru looks here... .love. The best cover for me is the DVD copy...which is luckily, the one that I will buy.. I might change my mind depending on the design of the tshirt..

Why is december 3 still 1 month away  .wew. I'm so excited to hear the songs!!! What I'm looking forward most would be Winter story, idk but I feel like this is going to be my favorite! Really loving the covers! Too much excitement and feels oh SCANDAL doing this yearly to me  .dies.

What are your thoughts? for me it's like pushing a little bit higher because they're going to sing the lead vocals for the songs they wrote, for example Rina, she will sing the songs she wrote as the lead vocals... Correct me if i'm misleading this...

It's awesome for RINA, basically it's a full 100% RINA song, can't get more complete than that I guess except being also sound engineer lol

But I wonder how they will do it live... Who will drum? Will the live version be with HARU on the guitar as always ? Would MAMI take the drums for this song and RINA her place??!

But she says experimental... Could it be a guitar only song, like she could play acoustic solo for the live version? Hehe we will see I'm happy for her and SCANDAL in general this album is very important for then as artists not just performers.
