Metal huh? I'm afraid that I'm a metalhead too XD. I mainly listen to heavy and progressive metal, but I don't listen to death and nu metal bands. My fav metal bands are Iron Maiden, Pain of Salvation (this one is my all time fav band), Dream Theater, and Megadeth. With those bands I listen to, you could probably consider SCANDAL as my "softer side" XD

hahahaha me too i also consider SCANDAL as my softer side in music. i only use my fender strat guitar for SCANDAL music XD

I used to be a real metal head, I still sometimes listen to Metallica, Megadeth and Judas Priest.
I prefer melodic metal rather than the hardcore death metal.
I really liked the stuff by Death Devils from K-on though hehe.

I don't consider me a real metalhead (my favourite kind of music is rock/hard rock) but I often listen to metal music. I love Avantasia, System of a Down, Three Days Grace, I sometimes listen to Metallica and Cradle of Filth...

I've not been listening to that much metal recently, although it used to be my favourite genre.
Meshuggah, Machine Head, Pantera and Carcass are amongst my favourite though.

I listen to a lot of types of Metal, mostly the melodic ones like Neo-classical. I could make a big list of the bands I listen to, but I'll only recommend Galneryus.

If found this new band recently called Ten After Two. I guess it would be Progressive Metal or Metalcore? Apparently they have some CD's already out and new one coming soon. I plan on picking it up, it's rare for me to get pumped about an album.
