SCANDAL will be collaborating with a robot on a new project called "ROBOT SCANDAL."

The robotics facility Grand Front Osaka, located in the Umekita district of Osaka, will open its doors on April 26. The band will be working with Robi, a robot designed by Tomotaka Takahashi, to create a new song and music video.

The new song is set to debut in late July when SCANDAL and Robi will perform the song for the first time at Grand Front Osaka.

"I think Osaka will become an even greater city. A lot of people move to Tokyo to make their dreams come true, but I'm certain Osaka will become an area overflowing with opportunities. I was born in Osaka and made a band in Osaka. It will always be a special place," band member Rina Suzuki wrote on her blog.

So new song and the title already sounds good .clap. I wonder if they will have special outfits for this event, you know for the Robot Theme ^_^

I skimmed through that article and I'm not sure why you're posting that if it doesn't actually have anything to do with SCANDAL this time, alrick.

It's a different robot too; this one is called Kirobo while the one involved in ROBOT SCANDAL is called Robi-kun.

I got confused too, seems not related to SCANDAL. But I think alrick posted it because he would like it to be another collaboration for the girls. Would have been great for them for sure =P
