alrick: It's a SCANDAL-fan only event,with people DJ-ing SCANDAL songs and a copy band from SCANDAL's copy band contest playing (Which i'm assuming is the band Dolls).Asked a friend on twitter about it and turns out that he came up with the whole thing,so yeah.
