Okay, so we've all seen/heard/fainted from the new PVs Cute and Pride. We've all seen the girls transform from beautiful and cute seifukus, to glamorous rock goddesses. We've seen Can-Ta and Cinnamoroll be hugged by the girls (gah..wish I was a stuffed toy..lol). We've seen their incredible dance moves from Shoujo S to Pride. We've also seen them rock out to the fullest in their lives.

But tell us, what is it that you miss in the old days of SCANDAL? Surely there must be something that you would want to see again in the following years to come in the band's life. Share it here!

I'll start. I miss seeing MAMI's old guitar with the stickers on it. I hope she uses it again in any concert or live performance. I'd go, "OMG!! It's MAMI's old guitar!! UWAHHHHH!!!! *fanboy screaming"

(This part however is a little off topic>>>)....Honestly, she was the first Japanese female guitarist that made me look at the world in better point of view. To me, it shows her artsy side, even without strumming or performing cool guitar solos. Also, it increased my respect for girl rock bands.

for me, "TOMO's Bangs" and her old bass (red bass)..
That bangs really got me.. and the old bass, its always looks good on her (always sychonizing with her... )
In CUTE & Pride PV, she looks different (but I xDD) but also she looks so beautiful and hot for me... xDDDD

Yeah I miss Tomo's old bass too, although I'm starting to warm up to the new one

It would be cool for them to revisit their old raw, unprocessed street sound once in a while.

It would be nice if they could put out something raw like Yah! Yah! Yah! Hello Scandal again. Maybe a mini album or a bonus disc for their next LP of them jamming. Metallica did this with St. Anger. The album sucked but the bonus studio jam DVD was pretty cool.

Like some have said, I'd like to see some of their old instruments again too. Maybe MAMI could upgrade her white strat and bring it out for live shows. Maybe with rails or stacked humbuckers to fatten up the sound. It'll be cool.

As for Tomo's jbass, I think she'll still be using that from time to time.

Ehm, it appears that SCANDAL is going on 'adult' mode this year onwards, so I'd probably miss the 'high school girl' mode the most. Well, they have already graduated for quite some time, so I guess now this is rather irrelevant?

Yes, also the raw jamming without the electric stuff? I'm not a musician, but if they revisit something like the first few singles would be nice sometimes. Maybe just one or two songs when they release the third album?

I agree with Mac and Chiy. I'd like to hear them playing one or two songs with raw, straight-forward unpolished sound like in their early days. Y'know, just the instruments without too many studio effects but still well-mastered.

I won't mind that much about their old instruments, but yeah I admit that I miss those stickers XD

Not much to be honest. As other people here mentioned, maybe for them to do some raw street lives, but honestly, with their schedule and popularity, it would be a personal decision if they were to perform shiroten again, as for sure, their record label wouldn't really allow it.

Other than that, the girls have improved in nearly every musical facet available, so I don't have any complaints. Maybe longer skirts xD

i miss tomomi old bass. and her old hair cut. i think tomomi old hair cut is better.

well, i miss their rockish side(but they still rock) like the concert of sakura-con where mami moved a lot. you can see they really rocked and know how to entertain people

The first thing i miss in the old days is the hair of tomo-chan..From cute to gorgeous..

Secondly , their taiyou to kimi uniforms.. Their cuteness is irresistable with that uniform..

Well.. I agreed to revisit their old singles.. Something like Space Ranger and Yumemiru tsubasa...It'll be cool if they do it in lives.. We're like having Reunion!

^ Generally, for each one of their lives, they always play Space Ranger at the start. Kind of their tradition.

They've switched to EVERYBODY SAY YEAH as their opener lately (at least on the shows that use the same opening synth/bass intro from the Temptation Box tour).

Tomo's first jazz bass for me, as we have the same model but a diff colour. And then the red one which looks as if it's already a part of her body from the way she moves with it.

Then Mami's white strat and full of stickers. I love the simplicity.

As for the musical aspect, I miss the distorted or overdriven sound that Mami used before. Her new tone is a bit too much of treble for me. It might be just me though.

For Tomo, hmmmmm, maybe just the sound of her red bass. For me, it sounded like it wants to rip my face off, aggressive and it growls. The new bass is a bit subtle.

Nothing much for Haru and Rina..(sorry girls)

As for overall, I miss the highschool girls look.

well i think the thing I miss most is the old PV, Doll and space ranger-like PV... The PV nowadays are so different from the old SCANDAL..

Emotion was a step in the right direction, I couldn´t hear any of these annoying effects.
I hope they will make more rock songs in the future.
oh and I miss Mami´s sticker guitar too

Imiss their old rockish style...but they are still amazing! .happy.

I miss their beat rock style in music with raw sound, just vocal, guitar, bass and drum
... but i found it again in SATISFACTION, it really like their song in past .smile.

But now is not bad either, they music genre is expanded

I still want to hear they play YAH YAH HELLO SCANDAL in LIVE, their indie is epic

I agree, but it's inevitable. As they grow older they'll stop looking like little girls and they have to update their image. The skirts'll probably stick around for a while, though.

I think they're getting prettier with age, myself. Specially Tomo.

I was really worried that Sony would turn them into just another
Japanese girl band ( I used to like their combat boots ! )

They wear a lot more make up now but nothing they wear could turn
me against them !
