My experience :
I camped outside the concert place with SH peeps after the autograph session (thanks to BB, I can attend the autograph session). Well, it wasn't an ideal place to sleep, but I still sleep well that night.
So, after around 20 hours of queue-ing, it's time! 6.00 pm, the gate is opened, and we slowly coming in from the queue, 10 people by 10 people, because the queue is not too close to the concert venue. Lucky for me, I got second row, in the middle, where I could see clearly RINA and HARU (Most of the time I also looking at either of them). I stood near other SH members, who also got front row.
The actual concert was started at 7 pm so I have some chit chat with other member and also cheering for some staffs preparing the instrument for the girls. As usual, we shouted loudly for SCANDAL's manager, Eisuke, but he only walking here and there busy preparing without any expression, nor replying to our cheer. Another staff we cheer is Mochi, and he looks more friendly than Eisuke. We cheered for him, and sometimes he looks happy someone cheered for him XD. There's also another staff / concert crew (not sure) we cheer on but I dunno the name. Lastly, we also cheer for Ken, who is the photographer of the event!
They also played the Windows 8 ads with Satisfaction song, and we just follow to sing the song.
FINALLY! the girl appeared, with the green outfit. I think it's same outfit like the ones they wore in Indonesia, and also the autograph session!!! The setlist is the same like is indonesia I think. I'm not really good at remembering thigs in order, so sorry if I messed a bit. I saw the Indonesian setlist before I write this one to make it clearer.
Generally, I feel the tension of this concert is way much higher than two years back, the BABY ACTION tour. Well, because that one is an album tour, they mainly focus on the album song, and can't choose too many songs outside the album. In this concert, everyone looks so high in every song! The atmosphere there is just awesome!! It is one of the best feelings I've ever had, being together with SCANDAL fans.
1. Harukaze
I'm not a big fan of this song, but somehow in this concert I really enjoy this one!! The refrain was great, as everyone sings the song toghether. Added to one of my favourite songs!
2. Shunkan Sentimental
3. Shoujo S.
Those songs are my favourite, and a good song to open the concert after Harukaze. This song really brings the tension high! Everyone keeps singing the song all the way.
3. Rock N' Roll
Another song to raise the hype!
4. Queens are trumps
HARU without the guitar! She's damn hot when not using guitar.
5. DOLL
This is the trademark, twisting the towel. If in Indonesia, TOMO used word "putar", here she used word "tarik" instead of twist. XD
6. Pride
7. Space Ranger
8. TAIYOU SCANDALOUS
Nah, nearing the peak of the concert.
(I started to cry in this song, as I cannot hold back my emotion anymore!)
9. LOVE SURVIVE
That headbang!!! I feel this one is the climax of the concert.
10. EVERYBODY SAY YEAH!
Another epic moment, the refrain is as crazy as always, people jumping as high as can during the refrain, during the phrase "Say 'YEAH'..."
12. Taiyou to Kimi ga Egaku Story
Almost as epic as Love Survive, and this is the ending of the concert, before the encore!

The MC part (I don't remember which one belongs to which one so I just put it together, plus my Japanese is not that good) :
HARUNA's saying "yakusoku" (promise) to go to Singapore once more, while her English is very cute, as always. She also said that she loves laksa. (I remember she said "I'm like laksa" lol). She also kept saying "Are you ready to rock?"
RINA doesn't talk too much compared to the other girls, IMO, she is just saying wants to rock all night!
TOMO said about shopping in Bugis.
HIGH FIVE SESSION
To be honest, I'm a bit disappointed with this one. I was expecting something like handshake session. The handshake session two years ago were much more enjoyable, because it is longer, compared to high five. High five is just too short to say something. I only said "Arigatou" to TOMO, MAMI, and HARU, and "RINA daisuki" to RINA! Then the security rushed me to outside of the venue. After that one I got the Singapore live tour poster, sadly unautographed.
After I took back my stuff from Uncle Flare's place, Then I headed back to my dormintory (hall) in NTU, far far away from the concert, while some of the others queueing and camping for the next concert.
