I have twitter for a while, but never really used it.
I have a question. if you just normally tweet to someone, aka "@(insert name)" would that person normally received it?
I create a new twitter account and as a test, I tried tweeting to and fro- between accounts with "@(name)" but the other side don't received it. on one account (A), I follow account B, and when I tweet it showed, but if I tweeted back, it didn't on the other one.

I'm confused now, and frustrated to realize that my former tweets to SCANDAL probably didn't reach them.

Help.

It depends on your privacy settings. If you put your account as open (means anyone can see your tweets and search them, etc.), then if you send tweets to Scandal and other people, they will receive it. But if you put it as a private account then only your followers will be able to see what you tweet. It's a pretty annoying thing to me but I've just left my account as open so that I can send tweets to the girls. You can check your settings and change the privacy settings. Or you can check if your account is private when you see sort of a lock next to your name underneath the avatar. Hope I could help! .happy.

I've had twitter for some time now. Made it just so I can follow SCANDAL, hehe.. I barely use it though. I think I've posted on it ages ago when I saw SCANDAL CD's being sold on an event here in UK. I tweeted it to scandal_heaven..but i might have deleted it already..anyway, it was especially useful when SCANDAL came to USA last year...XD
