Really interested in hearing the song that Rina and Tomomi wrote. It's been a while since they've worked on a song together. Wonder if that's the first time for that combination, with lyrics by Rina and music by Tomomi.

Actually, "Bitter Chocolate" has lyrics by TOMO, music by RINA. So this new song is the opposite of that.

So yes, this is the first time there is a song with lyrics by RINA, music by TOMO.

Not sure if this is the best place to ask but I noticed last week that on the official Youtube channel of the band I can only see Kiss from the darkness (and now Mirror) and a bunch of singles, no other albums, and in the Music Video playlist I have 24 clips that are hidden due to being unavailable. I live in Europe. 
I thought that the problem with the songs being restricted depending on location was solved, taking into consideration that I was able to listen to all of them in 2021.

There are two different matters that you've mentioned.

1. The videos containing solely audio not being available to you is an issue that has only been affecting Europe for the past few months. It's also happening on Spotify, as was talked about here. It seems to be some kind of licensing issue related to Sony artists. Don't know when that'll be fixed.

2. The "Music Video Playlist" you mentioned contains mainly MVs that are only playable in Japan. For their music that was released via Sony, there are two uploads for basically every MV: one that is only viewable in Japan, and one that is viewable everywhere else. They unfortunately still not have made an MV playlist for the worldwide-viewable videos. You'll have to go through their "Videos" tab and scroll until you see the older MVs.

Just saw that Scandal is premiering a version of their 15th Anniversary concert Invitation on YouTube, for YouTube Music Weekend, on May 8th at 5:35AM Eastern/2:35 Pacific Time (1835 Japan Time).
