Yeah you should've bought either Cho'Gath or Trundle. I don't specialize in dps so I can't really say, but typical of most dps champions Master Yi requires uninterrupted farm during the laning phase, so you need a good team mate or jungle well...

I decided to play this game again, but this time I was going for the online and it's quite good I must say. I assume that when you first start you get teamed with the newest and worse people in the game, so I did 2 matches 24/4 each with the champion that throws a glaive thingy.
The only sad part about this game is that the biggest part of the community seem to be just casual players, they dont care and go afk 10 minutes and then comeback like "im back lol sorry lets win" when we already got all our towers pushed since we were 4. Which is kinda dissapointing.

Yeah when you first start you get placed with people of your same elo level, if you are a veteran of DotA or something the early parts shouldn't be much of a problem.
Well... you can report people for being AFK, anyway you can only join ranked play when you've reached level 30, which has more "serious" players I guess.

Both HoN and LoL will be releasing a "Monkey King" hero, coincidence? I think not, though they aren't copies of each other, really looking forward to him.

"Ace" is when all champions on the opposing team is dead, so the player that scored the last killed will have scored an "Ace". No extra bonuses for doing so though.

Yeah takes abit of practice to get into it, I still tend to misfire Alistar's 1-2 (Headbutt + Pulverize) combo from time to time, but if done right, it can totally shut down an enemy champion.

Carry means a champion that can carry the team, like a straight up DPSer, like Master Yi or Vayne. These type of champions are the ones that you should avoid feeding at all costs.
Of course you should avoid feeding in general, but these will pose a real huge problem if fed. Basically they are champions that scale extremely well into late game, while some champions lose out in effectiveness later on, there are some that get even stronger, so watch out for those.
