The other day I was describing SCANDAL to a friend who had never heard of them. So I had to decide what would be the FIRST video or song I would play for him so he would get the full SCANDAL effect.

So I ask.............What would be your first choice to play(video or song) to someone who hasn't yet been SCANDALIZED?

BTW/ Even though DOLL has a special place in my heart as MY first SCANDAL, I chose SHOUJO S because the song rocks and it's a great looking video. SCANDAL very kawaii too!

I agree with your choice, I think the 2 best videos/PVs of SCANDAL is Shoujo S and BEAUTEEN. Those to me, were the full "effect" of what they are.

And if they want live performances, I'd say Mezamashi was hands down, the best.

i have to agree as well...because when i showed Space Ranger they werent that much into it..like "oh ok blah blah"..but when i showed Shoujo S they were like this 8->

SHUNKAN SENTIMENTAL or Taiyou to kimi ga Egaku Story.Both are really really really great PVs and amazing

I'd say Shoujo S, I guess it gets most people interested. My friend was totally into them when I showed him Shoujo S, so I say you go for that.

I would show either Shoujo S, BEAUTeen, or TaiKimi.. Personally, I like Shunkan Sentimental but I think not everyone enjoy that kind of video clip..

Well, in my school there are 5 students and 1 teacher has been SCANDALIZED
I give them S.L magic, BEAUTeen, Shunkan Sentimental, ans Secret base.

Does it have to be a PV?

Cause I'd rather play the concert video from Sakura-Con 2008 for them because the first time I heard SCANDAL's music was when I saw them play live there, and I immediately fell in love with it. .love.
(I loved it so much that I went to their fan panel and saw them play again at their second show at the con. .smile.)

Anyway, I'd want anyone else that I tell about SCANDAL to fall in love with their music the same way I did.

luckily beauteen was the first video (after shunkan sentimental which i heard from fmab) so of course i was "scandalized" then haha.

id definitely recommend beauteen :D taiyou to kimi ga egaku story and shunkan are also good choices... then again what wouldnt be a good choice heheh

even when the new pv's came out i still choose shoujo s

it was the first SCANDAL pv i had in my collection..

me and my friend collect pv's of songs that is used in anime's and when i copied some on

my friends pc shoujo s was w/ it.. and bang! i instantly fell inlove to SCANDAL xD

the song is really catchy and the pv concept is really cool

Hmm.. I haven't seen many of their PVs yet, just their latest 3 singles
And I would recommend Shunkan Sentimental, because it's the one that make me SCANDALized too! Hahaha..
The song, the outfit, and the way they sing it are all awesome!
It perfectly shows the powerful side of them
And I think it's an easy song to catch, I like it since the first time I heard it

i'd go for shoujo s and shunkan in terms of pvs .uhuh.
but when it comes to songs...i have them listen to sakura goodbye, s.l magic, and doll
1 listen and they have been infected with the scandal addiction .evilgrin.

BEAUTeen n Sakura Good-bye.. These videos are very good..
Fresh feeling from BEAUTeen n sad feeling from Sakura Good-bye can make people infected to SCANDAL easily..

I wud recommend Shunkan Sentimental and Beauteen....when I showed Shunkan PV to my friends....they said "Wow they are cool and pretty too..." - the same thing i said when i watched it....but i dunno why they didn't get that hooked like me...Beauteen will definitely make others a fan of SCANDAL, love at first sight (video) and heard (song) but i always forget to show it to them....haha

As for live performances, i agree with Mezamashi, it's still my favorite of all their live perfs....that will really make others interested

First video to show eh. I have one answer for that, the Mezamashi Live performance of Space Ranger.

From the start it can make you go \\\\m// and all of them look perfect there specially TOMOMI. 8->

But if I were asked what video not to show first, my answer will be TaiKimi PV. I'll save that for later. .wew.

oh. 1st song or video to show? hmmm, Shunkan Sentimental i guess. it was a PV that makes quite an impression more than Shoujo S. the epic dancing movement and Rina hitting the snare is also unique. overall, is an unique PV that sets from the rest for now. =)

After that, well, TaiKimi! what can i say about that PV. is their most glamorous, most cheerful, most readymade pop PV. i guess anybody listen the rhythm or seeing the PV will definitely be asking. =)

then next was BEAUTeen,Yumemiru Tsubasa and so on and so forth~
instant SCANDAL fan~

The first video I'd show is Taiyou to Kimi ga Egaku Story as well since they were really attractive and blooming in the video plus the music is electrifying. What I want to do is leave a lasting image on my friend's mind and I believe their smiles and their energetic LSS inducing music would do the trick.

If I were to answer this prior to Taiyou being released I would easily pick BEAUTeen. XD
