A List of song titles was translated into Chinese. Here is some titles I found interesting and tried to translate them into English:
"Platform Syndrome" became "Puppet Syndrome"
"Take Me Out" became "Ringtone"
"Space Ranger" became "Shared Space"
"Image" became "Imagination"
"Taiyou Scandalous" became "Sun Combo"

Did a government official come up with the translation names?

Titles probably "translated" by 聚橙网 "A C Orange"（深圳市聚橙网络技术有限公司） who did the application, publicly viewable available from the "Beijing Municipal Bureau of Culture"

If it makes you feel any better, the document says that that's for the Beijing show. It probably doesn't apply to the Hong Kong one.

That is a list of 24 songs. Not very likely they will perform a longer setlist than their domestic concerts.
Probably team Scandal just provided as much songs for the approval process. So incase any song was banned for whatever reason (that is PRC) so they still have enough songs to
choose to perform for a reasonable show time. Instead of singing Shoujo S or Shunkan Sentimental twice in one night.
Thoseguiltyeyes is right. I will be surprised if they play Shoujo S in Hong Kong this Sunday.

The show just ended and the setlist is same as their domestic one except Image was not played
Something happened midway to Flashback no5
Maybe the sound guy stepped on to the self soldered cable making tbe sound completely cut out from the PA twice!
The girls lokk so happy and touched tonight!
They are so energetic right from the start to the show ends!
The most interesting moment during the mc is Haruna asked the audience whether they are "girlfriendable"?
This is a common net term used by Hong Konger and Im sure you know the answer right?

The PA cut out, probably overheated or too loud of other fault, it was not a cable fault.
Kota (roadie was giving the cross hand X signal, I thought they were going to cut it to fix it, but they carried on, the crowd kept clapping to get through the song, at one point we could only hear Mami's guitar and then only Rina's drum, Haruna's mic was not working for a while, after which, Kota probably turned down the volume and it was back to normal)

My personal, one-sided view of what the HK gig was like. You may not want to read it if you're attending the rest of the Asia shows, or the upcoming USA ones, unless they change some elements of their set.

Oh, I saw that the red Strat was on a stand at the back - was wondering she would say what was wrong with it that night/if it acted as merely as a spare. With the 1 sec time available, she'd prolly couldn't have barely furnished me with a reply!

Roadie for MAMI was Kota-san. Motchy wasn't in the crew that night.

Something I want to add that except those 3 days the girls was in Hong Kong almost rain the whole last week and rain stormed this Tuesday and Wednesday. A very good sign for them to start the Asia Tour!
Also I heard couple of random people who came across the MacPherson Stadium stared at the giant led (poster?) next to the entrance said "Are they idol group from Korea? Never heard of them!"
