Maybe S could refer to "sensitive" or suteki, or nice, so it's safe to assume that S-types are relatively nice guys who work towards nurturing relationships whereas M-types are more self-sufficient and extroverted so they do things headlong in the moment. I dunno, I could be wrong .sweat.
