I believe in Japan, S and M types refer to sadists and masochists. The S-types can be bullies or simply the one who likes to be in control (in a relationship). M-types are typically the followers.

Well, not quite the answer. It was explained in the topic though. S/M stands for Sadistic/Masochistic... basically S is the leader type who takes initiative in a relationship and M usually follows S's pace.

Haruna : Have a bad sleeping position, binding her body aside up to 90 degree, other member call it 90degree Sleeping
Rina : Sometimes wake up because of her own breath noise while sleeping.. it is like "fuun fuun" and she will woke and said "Whats with that fuun fuun noise" (hahaha... it's really funny)
Mami : eventually talks to cat, like "rrrr" or "meow" and the cat will reply her then she will start to play her guitar like just got inspiration from the cat..
