Yes, you can add one, BUT it cannot be too big; it must be a fairly small size.

It's just my personal opinion though,
but I think it should be cool if you put like

"Jane and John,
Australia"

or perhaps make your own name for the group and add the country of origin as well.

just my two cents

But the participation from you along your friends together in a video should be enough to represent the country!

Currently, there are about 15 different countries that have sent in videos: US, Japan, Singapore, Indonesia, Mexico, Malaysia, Canada, Philippines, Chile, Morocco, Colombia, New Zealand, Latvia, Argentina, Costa Rica.
