I actually hope Haruna's ok with it all. Being put on singing duties only makes me feel like she's being left out.

I really like this image, .happy. it seems to correspond with the line,  "dance with me under the moon"

So it was inspired by American 80s music,  in particularly the song I mentioned before "Girls Just Wanna Have Fun".  I'm not sure specifically, but it does has some elements of it.

I feel like she's more conscious of her position as a leader. I think she looks pretty satisfied with that, something like "I'm really proud of you girls for composing an whole album by yourselves and I feel honored for being part of it as the main vocalist of us, singing the songs you wrote, these songs I love both listening to it and performing it". Maybe she feels granted, her leadership was very successful in all these 10 years of existence, and it's time to let the girls explode/expand their creativity, improve their skills as musicians and, of course, show the world what they can do. I mean, this is an incredible era for SCANDAL; her first 100% self-produced (maybe 75%, and the other 25% is for mixing and arranging?), we've been waiting for this since "BEST★SCANDAL". We all know HARUNA can really write amazing songs and I really don't mind if I have to wait one more year to hear a song composed by her, like the masterpiece "Graduation" from "HELLO WORLD" (the reason why I decided to bought this album). I'd love to hear more of what TOMOMI, RINA and MAMI as "the songwriting team of SCANDAL" have to say to us... Oh, did I go too far? haha Sorry...

But what a good time for being a SCANDAL fan! haha Seriously... The girls have done thus far. It's been an amazing journey... #feelingnostalgic

This album sure does feel so special, doesn't it? 10 years. Wow...


Well, I think Haruna is not the type that would write as much as the other - but once she does, it's a good (if not great) one, based on how often she writes in the blog, though. (Some of us just not really into writing, right?)

And when it comes to business, I think she would mostly handle the talk, leaving more time for the other members to write and compose. So yeah, I think she is enjoying herself as the leader and she must be proud how SCANDAL can actually making great songs by themselves for this new album.

HAHAHA that video is amazing, the eyes look huge im not sure if thats the quality of the clip or something else but its something that caught my attention. Also very funny at the end to see Haru have a cliche romantic chance when she is about to fall but is saved by prince charming haha, cant wait to see the video!

So it was for LOVE ME DO, and it's a pv, some you guys were spot on. I thought it was like a photo book or something.

I don't care much about the song, (it's still growing on me though ^_^) but the video looks really nice, my only problem is the girls...they look like dolls, and their eyes(｡ŏ_ŏ)

Everybody's talking about the songs, but i'm not listening to anything until I get the album on my hands:( 9 days left!

Your will power is stronger than mine. I won't judge the album until i can listen to it in its entirety, but i don't mind hearing bits of it.

SCANDAL's "heart-pounding" commercial; HARUNA: 「It was embarrassing」

Popular girl band SCANDAL appear in a commercial for Bourbon's Fettuccine Gummi. It's their first time appearing in a commercial. Vocalist HARUNA showed confidence, saying, 「It took over 24 hours to shoot it, but it turned out to be a very lovely piece.」

In use is their new song 「LOVE ME DO」 from their new album 「YELLOW」 out on 3/2. Each of the 4 members have a "heart-pounding" scene together with guys. HARUNA said, 「Watching the other members on the monitor was embarrassing.」 It will be broadcasted from February 26th.

Not likely. They shot this video on 2/10, and RINA wrote that other blog six days later on 2/16.

It's both, technically. They filmed a music video for it, and it looks like the video itself will also act as a commercial for the candy (as you can see in the clip above^).

In the ad theres a part where they are eating the gummies, if that makes it to the MV as well I've only seen 1 other example of a MV/ad at the same time which is this video:

it is both an ad for the cellphone model isai FL by LG and a music video for the band, im sure they get paid a lot for doing one of those. 

Also the quality of the previews we've gotten so far is insanely good and I wouldnt mind at all that this is the MV all the "episodes" put together.
