SCANDAL's arena fashion has reached a whole new level... @_@ if this was for the photoshoot I wonder what they'll wear for the actual performance.

Horrorible, terrible, I can't find words. What did they to my SCANDALis?

Sorry it did not post my complete text. Schooluniform was the best outfit but maybe they are too old for that now but normal clothes would it do also. Anyway I am also excited for tomorrow and hope that the look is not too insane.

I get mad when I read things like this anyway. scandal's outfits now express their feelings, their own idea on what the music/show means to them and the message they want to give.
scandal arena lives always had big fancy/fashionable outfits and the one of the photo is just a behind the stage of the photobook, I highly doubt they can play in those clothes lol. but either way, scandal are full growned women who knows what they want and what they want to wear on and off stage. these outfits are the most fashionable one they ever wore until now, and I think mami and tomomi absolutly nailed them. the idea of rina to wear a mask is amazing too (always behind the drums, difficult to see, probably the "mysterious" one for the non-fans... you can find tons of possible interpretations for that and I love it). maybe haru is wearing something strange, something more of a lady gaga or kyary pamyu pamyu lol

I'm still trying to figure out what exactly Haruna is wearing. x) Their outfits are certainly unique, but I think they look pretty neat. Odd but neat. owo It doesn't surprise me though~ :3 Don't they always have elaborate costumes when advertising a big live like the arena shows and while performing them?

After seeing these photos, now I'm really interested to see what the girls are going to wear for the performances. ^.^

Well except for HARU maybe, not sure if it's her pose or if the outfit is like that but it looks too crazy, like a giant apple =P I think it's her pose and the angle. With another pic it should be better.

@Tombery: That IS SCANDAL. We all loved their school uniform days but that was at the start when they were students. They have changed a lot since then and don't wear them anymore.

If you check their outfits for recent years on CD or big concerts they are always wearing special outfits and I don't think this one is different so I am not sure why you sound surprised or find them horrible =O

I am sorry i cant find an edit button in the mobile version. Anyway if you like it thats fine everyones opinion but then i also can say that dont like it. Yes you right they changed. I know them since shoujo s and for me are the old songs and the old style mostly my favorites. The music is more important than the look and wonderful tonight was a great arena with strange outfits :D Please dont take it too serious. Hopefully we have all fun tomorrow.

Haruna is a literal fluffball. 

As much as it's really weird for me to say that, it's actually a really hilarious costume, haha. When I first saw Haruna's clothes, I have to admit that I laughed really really hard lol. I really like that beige/vintage-ish colour scheme on Mami's clothes (plus blonde long wig!) though but dayummm those are some tall heels. My first impression of Tomo is that she's the Japanese and female version of Alice in Wonderland's The Mad Hatter. It's not just the hat, but the clothes and the whole pose just reminds me of him (Johnny Depp's weirdness, anybody?) Maybe it's just me, haha. And Rina looks so cramped with that huge blue thing over her. How she even managed to put it on is actually beyond me... 

At the end of the day, they're fun costumes and very *festival-ish*, and as long as they don't wear it for the live then I'm totally cool with it (which is pretty much guaranteed since there's no way that Rina can drum in that and Mami and Tomo can't run around in those heels without breaking their ankles). However, I would actually much prefer it if they just wore normal clothes for their arenas. But hey, they can't please every fan so as long as the lives themselves are a blast and both the girls and fans have a great time, then I really don't mind about the clothing aspect. Ok, maybe I do a little, but oh well. On the bright side, if I'm down, I'll always think of Haruna in this outfit and I'll just laugh randomly when I need to and it'll cheer me up LOL.

somebody knows if Wowow or maybe some Japanese tv transmit the 3 concerts ?

Mami looks like a revamped/enhanced Lili from Tekken 6

by the way. I love their appearance now, its taking them to the next level  .clap. 

I know it's a bit off for tomorrow's concert but may i ask where to watch the live streaming for yokoari performance??

Am I the only one who loved it at first sight? I mean, you know they don't usually dress that way so seeing this huge change was a very positive shock for me aha. I thought it was connected to the Pokemon theme at first since their outfits for that (from what I could see in that blurry photo) was pretty unique, too. 

I also burst out laughing when I first saw Haru. That's.. ugh, perfect for laughs. Rina with the  masquerade mask is cool but it's covering her pretty face~~ And yes, it looks like she can barely move in that blue... thing. My favourite has got to be Tomomi and Mami's though. Timo being slightly on top. That pose and that outfit >.< !! Mami's blonde wig/hair <3 Though, since the whole theme is so eccentric, I'm wondering why they didn't keep her orange hair. I guess she got the pastel theme aha but it suits her perfectly. I'm excited to see what they will actually wear for the concerts now!

EDIT: Is this the pamphlet that they are selling before the concerts start? In the blogs, Rina said that it was her first time creating a pamphlet... so did she organize this o_O?

@Tombery: Please be a little more respectful. Saying that their outfits are "horrible" is not nice at all.

Yes, it's the same pamphlet. I'm pretty sure it was a joint effort between the band to organize what the shoot would be like.

About the live streaming of the Yokohama Arena concert:

As I had said previously, I'm pretty sure you need to be in Japan in order to even get WOWOW (the channel that the concert will be aired on), so there's nothing you can do but wait until someone records it and uploads the concert online.

I have to apologize, you right thoseguiltyeyes but it was the shock of the first seeing won't happend again.

insurance is best to wait to see how it looks

And to add, WOWOW is solely a TV channel. Bottom line is that unless you are in Japan and can order that channel, you CANNOT watch the broadcast live.
