Edit: It looks like when I convert it to gp5, the slides get lost, so just note that they should be half step legato slides. 

Also disclaimer that the rhythm may be off for the full bars of eight note octaves - I was slaving away with dotted notes to no avail and just went with eighths. 

Anyone is welcome to edit it/add a full score, and re-upload if they wish.

I can try to do some guitar tabs, when I was looking to do some it seemed like they'd all been done (and done well)! If there is a specific request I can try. Not saying I'm great at it, but happy to try. I've seen some other recent posters who did a good job, so maybe they can help, too.
