you see, I don't know much about music from asia, that's why i'd like some recommendations from you of another bands, please. Like scandal and so..smile.

Well I don't know many japanese bands so I can't really help. Actually it's a great topic, I would like to know more bands too.

A very young band called DOLLS sounds great : [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

They don't have a lot of songs but they are nice! And they are basically like SCANDAL was at the start when they were still in school. They won a SCANDAL copy band contest too, so if love SCANDAL you might like them =P

GO!GO!7188 most closely resembles SCANDAL's music style imo. They were a fun-sounding rock band with female lead vocal and female back-up vocal (& bass too) with male drummer.

Something similar would be Stereopony, even if they have disbanded. Not that similar, but I definitely recommend ONE OK ROCK and UVERworld. And if you like them two bands and want to go to heavier genres, then I recommend SiM, Pay Money to my Pain, Coldrain and Crossfaith.
