I agree with you, people should really check out Kill the Virgin  .uhuh. 
I guess it's underrated because people find the lyrics weird, I do too but I still love this song, the music, Tomomi's vocal  

What about Burn!? They don't usually play it live.. But then again, I noticed that on their lives they usually play upbeat songs so that might be a reason. But the way they played it in Budokan is so amazing..  

Yeah of course Burn is amazing and unfortunatly they haven't played it live often   
but everyone recognize its awesomeness so I don't think it can be considered an underrated song...right?

Ahhh.... I see, what about the song, that Tomomi was the lead singer? I think the its, "After School 1H"? XD

Hatchigatsu and Taiyou no Kimi ga Egaku STORY! 

The first one being an nice song that, reveals their pre-debut experiences and how they shared the same dreams and persevered towards it. I think people can relate to it like reminiscing about one's past, both good and not so good memories and how those experiences got you to where you are now.

The latter has a nice upbeat melody for a love song. It gives me this image of a high school setting of a love story in a manga (good thing it's not cheesy for me) :D

I think the most underrated song is Yumemiru Koro wo Sugite mo. I love this song, it's so sad and Haru's vocal is just amazing. I also agree that Daydream is underrated. It's only a cover but such a good cover!

For me, the most underrated songs by SCANDAL are:

Want You -- Because of its weird combo of an intro a-la Marilyn Manson's "The Beautiful People" and its overall rhythm and feel similar to Shania Twain's "Man! I Feel Like a Woman" and Ellie King's "Ex's & Oh's"

Haruka -- Simply because of its strong, emotional lyrics and rich melody. Unfortunately, many SCANDAL fans find this hit single too poppy for their taste.

Kimi to Mirai to Kanzen Douki -- A pretty catchy synthrock song. I personally enjoy listening to this song on my iPhone over and over.

for me is "Glamorous You"

Koshi Tantan and Life is a journey. Probably not underrated those 2 are a little low key/forgotten

Making a list of underrated songs is easy-- it's pretty much the entire ENCORE SHOW CD. 

For me any song Scandal is not regularly playing live, released as a single or hasn't been mentioned multiple times in this forum by the fans qualifies as underrated.  I also discount any songs that got voted into their recent "Best Of" double CD, although I wish they would start playing "SL Magic" and "Pinheel Surfer" more live, because I think these are underrated well-known songs.  That all being said, here's my runner-up list in no particular order:

Apple Tachinodengon

And since the topic asks what is the "most underrated song," I'm going with "Happy Collector."

Tough question, but I'm happy to throw my two cents in. 
"Happy Collector" is a great, fun song with vocals by all 4 of the ladies.
"Glamorous You" has some great guitar work and I love the vocals on this track! The harmonies and the loose and gritty feel elevate this for me.
Nai Nai Night 2015 is a true acoustic track for them, but the energy comes off this song in waves. The lyrics may be kind of sad, but you couldn't tell. Tomomi is awesome!
Graduation is an underrated song in both their catalog and on Hello World. The arrangement is great and the guitar/bass interplay is awesome, especially when they move seamlessly from the bass solo into the guitar solo in the middle section/bridge. Don't forget the poignant lyrics from Haru and very catchy melody!

Playboy part 2 as the first come to my mind! Again, they should play it live just like Tempt.box tour :')

Appletachi no Dengon, koi no gestalt, girlism, emotion, runners high, love, roppongi shinjuu  and other songs I can't think of.

I feel like Start is a lesser known song since its never been release as a  single or album track or anything.  Not one of my favorite songs but it's a decent song.

i have too many of them, because i like almost all of their songs.. although there are some exceptions

the one in my mind right now is "kimi wa hon wo yomu". that song is hilarious, screams MAMI and SCANDAL all over it, and has stayed in my playlist until now since i got my copy of HELLO WORLD.

I've been listening to Encore Show a lot lately. I really like Future and Midnight Television (with Tomo's robot voice!). The whole album is catchier than the common cold and it's hard to believe these are "b sides." Of course, songwriting pros helped out with many of these.

Kan Bier is one that should receive more love. That song touches my heart ever time i listen to it. One of Tomomi's best... along with Bitter Chocolate.
