There will be two rounds again this time, the total number of banners submitted is 39.

So the sequence will be as follows~

Sequence:
Semi-finals: 39 banners -> 4 groups, 10 on three groups and 9 on one group -> 2 highest voted banner from each group.
Finals: 8 banners -> 3 highest voted banner will become the official Awanai Tsumori no, Genki de ne Layout Banner!

Voting Period:
Semi-finals: May 23 - 26
Finals: May 27 - May 29

So in this semi-finals, the two highest banner from each group will proceed to the finals.
