I don't understand people who use the hashtag before the countdown is over...

If you want to wish a happy birthday to TOMOMI before the decided time, simply tweet to her but without the hashtag... The hashtag is supposed to be a project WHERE WE ALL TWEET IT AT THE SAME TIME!

You know you can tweet to TOMOMI or someone else whenever you want! Everyday, every hour!

This is a special project, the whole point is to use the same hashtag and send her the tweets AT THE SAME TIME.

Why use the hashtag before??? It is so EASY, you have a countdown!!! Tweet her without the hashtag is you are in a hurry...

Same for the people who cannot wait, just tweet her without.

Well whatever, it seems that a lot of people simply do not read the topic and do their own thing. Really disappointing.
