I think she wants to do the hashtag too. And the purpose we're doing this at the exact same time is just to surprise Mami. So if anyone wanna do it later that day because of bad timing, I think you should do it with the hashtag too. It will probably make it to trending, but if you do it at different time than us, you won't be able to surprise her and your tweet is more likely to get skipped.

Agree with Medios, if you are late you should use the hashtag too even if it's a few hours later it's still ok and will help for the trending

For example I asked my japanese friend how to say "I miss you" in Japanese. She told me they wouldn't have a word for "to miss somebody" and you have to say it in another way like "Because you aren't here, I feel lonely" .ehem.
