For the 9am thing, like you said it's better to keep it for this first try now, especially because many have already confirmed for this time. Also i don't know when she gets up usually but i doubt she sleeps until 10-11am, especially on her birthday unless they have a craaaaaaazy work day the day before.

She is also probably gonna check her phone/mail/twitter right when she wakes up that day and not do other things first so i think it should be ok.

Maybe change the time for Tomomi but as already said when it comes to international time it's always complicated because there is one timezone that will always be in trouble. 9am Japan is 2am France/Europe so if you want 10-11am Japan time for Tomomi i guess many Europeans fans will not be able to participate.

That being said, and i guess we will talk more about it on the Tomomi thread when the time comes, to be "100% sure" she is up it would be better to make 10 or 11am Japan yes.

I think we need to see first how it goes with Mami and then talk about it and adjust the time if needed.

Now, about the template message again. Are we gonna make only the hashtags the same or we're gonna to make a certain part of the tweets the same for all too? I know Japanese letters would be hard for some people to tweet with, but with all due respect, I don't think Mami will understand our English that well and will definitely just skip the tweets if she doesn't skip any already if it doesn't contain any of her mother tongue letters.

If Mr. Yassu already settled with the templates too, would you please put it on the first post? And the letters remaining too, so if some of us have to really plan for something to say, we could do it. For example, put a template like this (it's all in one line):

'm agree with this, it's better if we have a template for the tweet, so all our tweets will be in unison~

I think everyone in Japan understands the words "Happy Birthday" because it's common for them to say. Every birthday cake I've ever gotten in Japan has had that written on it. But if you want to write more than that, then it might be best to do it in kana/kanji. It's going to be hard to fit much more than that plus the hashtag, though. But I think if someone just wants to write "Happy Birthday Mami!", there's no chance she wouldn't be able to understand that. If she doesn't read our tweets, it'll just be because she's getting so many birthday wishes that day. But I do think she'll notice if we all write the same hashtag (in other words I think this idea will work!).
