We all love holidays! .clap.

And We're from diferent countries, so...

What is your country's favorite holiday and what people usually do?

In my case, it would be new year's eve.

Why? A looooot of fod, sharing with family, fireworks and many nice thigns. .happy.

would be "the national holiday" This is the September 18
but the celebration lasts practically all week
you eat a lot of meat, you take good wine, and generally cheerful people walk.

In my country it's Christmas day probably. Starting from October people are starting to prepare decorations, buying gifts etc. Probably this will be the second christmas without my grandfather. We have family reunions, bunch of foods games and memories..

My favorite holiday is Christmas holiday. We eat a lot of food, there is a christmas three and all the decorations.
The Summer holiday is also fun because it's warm outside, the sun is shining (July and August in France).

There are a lot of holidays here, at least 1 for each of the 5 religions approved in here. Muslims and Christian even get a few more holidays. Not to mention several non-religious holidays like the Independence Day and New Year.

I don't know about the rest of the people, but I think I speak for all the Muslims in here that the most favorite holiday is Idul Fitri (it's like Christmas for Muslims, to be simple).

We have one-full-week off everywhere in the country. Yes, ONE WHOLE WEEK, sometimes more if people care enough to extend their leave permit (what is the word "cuti" in English?) at work.

And for me, as the tradition goes, every Idul Fitri we visit our family and relatives, eat a lot of food (yes, it's always about the food), chat, and do a lot of stuff together.

Christmas- it offers bliss to those who wants to feel it.



In the morning, let the sun give you enough warmth which my love fails to do. And at noon, let the wind carry my felicitations and bring it to you. With louder sounds, bury it more, until only our hearts can hear that song which plays only between the two of us. If possible, make the night darker until our emotions are radiant enough to be seen. 

This clock which ticks differently on the two of us, hasten its pace so that our paths may converge in the future. Let me sleep therefore, so that I could prepare for tomorrow, as I did today, in making these thoughts and aspirations materialize.
