Haruna all the way, even if I also like Tomomi's voice.
Also I would vote for Pikuachu's voice to switch to Haruna's, see Space Ranger when she sings "pikapika". That would make me watch Pokemon, I swear.

The chibi Haruna have some power voice. Each time after Tomomi's higher pitch "chipmunk" style voice changes over to Haruna,the deepness and impact just shake me.The combination of Tomomi and Haruna makes a song perfect.
But i'll go with Haruna for solo because her voice is really good.

I'm a big fan of RINA but her voice is not that good for vocals, unlike HARUNA, she can REALLY rock every song.

I think that Haruna has the best voice in the group. It suits their type of music and it is really powerful. Tomomi's voice is also great and their voices complement each other and that's what makes it perfect.

.uhuh. Definitely Haruna on the vocals. I'm not a huge fan of Tomomi's voice for some reason, well except during Space Ranger her voice really shines in that song. Even her 'solo' song Houkago1H, her voice is a bit too squeaky for my tastes.

About the topic, yeah I vote for Haruna. She can sing any type of song, be it a rock song or a ballad. And her voice is not a voice-of-a-typical-Japanese-singer-who-sing-anime-songs. And someone who doesn't know SCANDAL will probably vote for her too when they hear them sing.
