Nice cover Nice one

I'm not expert in video format but I think you should recorded in medium resolution in FLV or WMF format so the file won't be too big. Maybe Cyberlink Power director is more simple than After Effect to edit and convert your video.
But so many SH members are more expert and advance for making good cover video maybe you should PM and ask them. Or you could search the tutorial for better advices.

Hey what software do you have available to you? If you have any Adobe Creative Suite software, there should be one software called Adobe Media Encoder.

What this does is allow you to convert your files into many other file formats while adding options such as compression (so you don't have 10GB videos)

If you manage to get Media Encoder working, just convert your video using the H264 option,
You'll get an MP4 file which is nice and small, and the jump in quality is barely noticable. Nice one
