Yeah, it's true, and there aren't unfortunately so many fans in Europe. And yes, I'm talking about Scandal, not in general. As I can tell, X Japan went to the JE twice, in 2010 and 2012 (okay, one time was because of their world tour, but it still counts) - though they are one of the most well known and popular japanese bands, so I don't think Scandal could come twice - but I hope it so. Yes, there was an interview with him (and Usulmaster, if you know who he is. That guy with the long hair and the glasses you can see at JdG's newest video about Disney games). Someone asked them a question about japanese musicians and they gave their opinion about Scandal (I think there was also something about Kyary and YUI, but I don't remember anymore). If someone ever find this again, tell me please!

To change the topic: Are some of you planning to go to the Japan Expo in Paris this year? Their website still only talks about Tetsuo Hara as featured guest, and since then nothing new was posted there. Are there some news about eventually upcoming guests?

Every year it's like this. The last year, the last guests were announced 1 or 2 weeks before but this year, they are a little bit late.

Wah, I'm getting mad when I read this. I hoped they announce them months before the event. x) At least Japan Expo Belgium knew 8-9 weeks before who's coming.
