It's extremely difficult now as Ayumi Hamasaki's new album is in the run as well. She's very highly regarded and is incredibly famous in Japan... As long as their album is in the top five, it's still a great achievement once again.

I ordered both the regular and w/DVD editions from CDJapan back in December, so I will have two stickers and posters coming my way SWEET! . I wish I could go to Japan in March for their concert. I was in Osaka last month, the Osaka-jo Hall is an impressive venue with a very nice park to hang out next to it. It's also in walking distance to the Osaka castle. Oh well, they will surely release a DVD for this show anyway. I also wish I have delayed my visit to February to catch them at the Tower Record store in Shibuya

Also, you guys should stop calling the ENCORE SHOW as a "2nd BEST album" which it is officially not. Though there are so many tracks in this album that I really like. 2012 was not very productive from SCANDAL in term of new materials. Hopefully, 2013 will be better.

2nd Best Album isn't it an expression like "Best-Off" for say an album with some songs already released ?

By the way, I've ordered my ENCORE SHOW DVD Edition yesterday, I'm sooooo happy ! 2 days before I didn't think that I'll have it (no money, and I didn't want some custom fees like my QAT Photobook x) !

@yupyupyup: The stickers only come with the regular edition so you'll only be getting one since you ordered just one RE.

And you're right; ENCORE SHOW is not a second best album. It is officially called a "Special Collection Album," as can currently be seen in the new SH banners. The scandal_band Twitter has been tweeting it for a while, and it says so as well on the official site (it's typically written in Japanese as スペシャル・コレクションアルバム).

I just can't stop listening to ENCORE SHOW! It's so addictive

my copies, both CD+DVD and regular CD editions, CAME TODAY! I also receive a poster. I got mine at CDJapan.co.jp. I got two poster actually, kept one in it's package while opened the other one. now, there is only one style of poster, correct? the one that is the same as the regular edition cover. I'm only asking because I actually like the one with all of them doing their poses. oh, well, maybe I'll take a trip to Kinko's...

btw, question, Is there a Band Score for the Encore Show? SCANDAL usually release it along with the album, albeit a couple of days later. I usually buy mine from CDJapan and always order, or pre-order one once it became available. But it seems CDjapan doesn't have it, I wonder if there is actually one?

Hmm, I want to buy Encore Show, too. I am really curious about the songs, because I believe I don't know any songs on it. Although the Korean version will be released on the coming Friday, I still have not got the money for it!

I think their fanbase in SK is quite small (there's a law in there which prevent to play Japanese music on TV or radio)

Thanks for that international release list, I didn't know about that.

And regarding that Korean Law, yes I've known about that one for years, and it really pisses me off due to it's stupidity and double standard that while they expect everyone to drool over their Korean idols, they don't allow it the other way around. I have wayy more to say about it, but this isn't the place.

btw, despite not letting Japanese pop culture in their media, there is a strong Jpop/Jrock fanbase in Korea, nonetheless. Bands like L'arc-en-Ciel and artists like Ayumi Hamasaki, Koda Kumi and Utada Hikaru are popular there and so are the Johnny's Ent, boys like Arashi and NEWS.

so while SCANDAL aren't huge like those mentioned, they are a AWESOME, YOUNG and HAWT! I would expect there would be at least a small but dedicated fanbase. they are definitely a breath of fresh air from the girl groups and idols, they write their own songs and lyrics, play their own instruments, Light up the stage and totally ROCK your World! all the while still totally win your hearts with their cheerful, cute and wacky personalities.

Is there someone in Korea in this forum that can comment? btw, SCANDAL never been to Korea, have they? not that I ever heard of.

BTW, regarding the Band SCORE, I found it here on Amazon Japan.
CDjapan and Amazon Japan are 2 stores I regular shop at. listed price is 3500 Yen, including shipping.... it's around USD 50-60. which is similar to CDJapan, I guess. but thing about Amazon Japan is that they ship very fast via DHL. I live in midwest USA, and I usually have it within 3-5 days, when in stock. hope the same goes for this order. I usually use SAL with CDJapan and it took 1-2 weeks while still costing around the same USD 50-60.

While the ebay, it's a bidding auction starting @ 52 and shipping is 27, so that's 80 already. I never shop with YMM, so I don't know...

just some info to help someone out if they're thinking of buying the BAND score.

and meanwhile, I'd been listening to Happy collector and Playboy nonstop, very cute songs and quite addictive. I especially love that everyone sing/rap in the song.
