^^ You could possibly get by with a phone. I'm taking mine and two cameras.
I was at a concert in Sydney last year which didn't allow photos; the ushers would shine a torch at you if they saw you. I turned the screen off my camera and all was fine.

most likely there will be plans for welcoming them also. but for now we just keep it as status quo since we are not sure of what time will their flight be.
