The concerts are free-seating/standing which ever you like to call it. So buying it right off at 0900 (SGT) or 1200 SGT on Monday onward doesn't really matter.

I hope SCANDAL would go to the Philippines. If they're(producers) hesitant about bringing them here, then they can just do something like the Dream KPOP Fantasy Concert. I would love to see SCANDAL with YUI. Additional bands/artists is up to the producer's choice. What do you think?

Some charge ZERO.
Some only charge for Amex and Diners.
Others charge for all Credit Cards.
(Very complex!)
And some places, like airlines, charge a standard fee (like $17.50) regardless of the total charge.
Either way, don't let a $7 credit card fee put you off seeing Scandal! (o:

Sistic has an extra S$3 booking fee, for online/call bookings. On top of that, there might or might not be extra credit card charges. But unless you can get someone to help you buy from a any one of their ticketing counters in Singapore, you can't escape additional fees :/

Just booked my flight. I'll be in on the Wednesday and come home on the Monday. I was thinking of coming on the Friday, but it was going to be pushing it with flight delays, customs, and finding the ticket agent by 8pm.
