Indeed, absolutely great! I managed to listen to the whole album on youtube before it was taken down, lucky me, lol.

There are some old tracks added into the album like (self-titled track) Maximum The Hormone, My Girl, Tsume Tsume Tsume, [F] (Freeza).  They were stand-alone singles and weren't previously added into their past "official studio albums" so that's definitely a plus.
