There's nothing about reservation on the site. I think you just have to go there and enjoy.
But try to go a little earlier to get a nice spot :D

I arrived in Tokyo this morning and live only around 15 minutes away, but now i have been told that my baggage is going to be delivered between 6 and 9 tonight, so i can't leave the house.
