I thought there were more at Budokan, I was surprised when they said 8,000! It can seat 15,000 I think, but maybe not during concerts.
But Osaka Jo Hall is definitely bigger. It does look about twice the size in the video. I am a little jealous of all the people who got to go, even though I saw them at Budokan. This was their dream since 2006 and I wish I could have been part of it. I am going to Japan again in April... I missed it by one month. (I am also going to miss the Kawai Festival they'll be at by one day... I'm going at one of the few times when they're not doing anything at all. Oh well, I had my fun with them last year.)

I found a link on their site with various configurations but I don't see one that says 11,200. Here's the link that I found: http://www.osaka-johall.com/english/001.php
The config they seem to have used looks like Layout B, which does have a maximum capacity of 10,500 according to that page. That would explain the "around 10,000" reports in the press.
Layout C has a capacity of 16,000 but that just leaves a tiny middle stage.
I think they need a bigger arena
