But this doesn't mean that the message isn't about a world tour
I don't think that a world tour is totally unlikely, uhnn maybe 0,01% of chance
a world tour is really expensive, maybe don't worth go so far from Japan
But yesterday I went to a Japanese district here in my city, and the rumors are that the Brazilian companies are investing on the Japanese/Korean bands
they are trying to officially release their stuffs here, like CDs and DVDs
they already have successfully done this before with Mangas and Animes
They are also trying to bring more bands here
So, let's hope for this!!

The address for "Osaka International House Foundation" is (8-2-6) Uehonmachi, Tennnouji-ku Osaka.

It promotes "International (World) exchange activities", has "(T)ranslators" and they do have musical concerts there. The perfect place for a concert in Japan, for foreigners. And Scandal would be the best "Internationally" known group for that concert. All though I have a feeling StereoPony, and maybe Flip will be there too. Just a guess... or a (Dream). Speculation's fun!

The only clue I see is the number "2" is on top of something say "TO U"

Their staff maybe playing around with words "2" = TOUR!

So much work to say they're playing in Osaka stadium?
Then, why didn't do the same with Budokan concert (wich I think is more relevant since they were the youngest female group to perform there...)?

@Mirytie: It's Osaka-Jou Hall, not Osaka Stadium.

And it's not confirmed that they're playing at anything right now, but it does make a lot more sense that they're doing this puzzle and hyping this up if they really are playing at Osaka-Jou since that's been their dream from way back when. The girls said themselves that Budokan was never something they truly aimed for, or at least not on the same level as Osaka-Jou.

i'm thinking that they will be performing(a street live) at Osaka Castle like in their Shiroten days and play their old songs again. and that they'll probably sell expensive tickets. lol.....and they'll have a DVD and PB 'bout it~ and their Dream (i think) probably started at that place and they want to perform their again.

im like 80% sure that they're gonna perform at the osaka-jou hall and the word: dream there is referring to that

It changed again. Well, now it's for sure something related to Osaka. And the katakana "bu" that showed up it's probably from the word "live" (raibu). Plus "kekkou suru", it would mean that they will perform a live. Most of the hints indicates to Osaka-Jou Hall. At least it's what most people is thinking, and me too. I wonder if it really is, of if they will surprise us with something else. Waiting kills me.

Along with the red 阪 + the ブ showing up, a 2 was added after 8月. So the date in the puzzle now seems to be August 2__

It's pretty much "confirmed" that they're going to do a performance at Osaka Jou Hall.
As much as it seems to me at least.

As for the message... After reading everything else on this thread, I guess it seems there won't be a world tour after all. But hey. A show at Osaka-jou Hall isn't really bad news either. Wasn't that their dream, after all? I remember reading somewhere (I think it was the BABY ACTION thread) that it was their dream to perform "one piece" at Osaka-jou Hall with everyone singing it. So major kudos if it is. They're gonna be awesome, as always!

Here's hoping for a DVD of this show some time soon...

nothing bad at all if this tour meant to be their "dream come true" event~ wouldn't us be happy too for them? for me myself I'd happy to see their dream come true tho...

I wouldn't worry about it not being a world tour. They're still young, there are many other chances for that to happen. So let's not be discouraged about that fellas
