@Lale: I think it's much better than COD. Environment/obstacles can be destroyed for camping or sneaking up opponents. Much better in terms of guns, rate of fire, recoil.

The only real similarity to COD is that it's an FPS.
BC2 is more of a slow paced shooter that relies heavily on teamwork and work within squads, so it isn't as good if you don't have people to play with. Whereas COD games are fast paced and can just be picked up at any time and played on your own.
BC2 maps are huge in comparison to COD maps, and can take a long time to get across.
