Welcome back. The ways to buy merch from their online store in Japan are:
1. by having a deputising service eg TENSO
2. by asking a proxy service to buy for you eg CDJapan, FromJapan

There is currently an international online store but you need to find out if they deliver to Malaysia or not (the store is based in the USA if i’m not mistaken).
