Mainstream Artist@Lale: I like it! But likewise with all my clothes, I don't like wearing cotton tops for some reason and tshirts aren't my thing, so I'll have to pass as usual... => Poly fiber FTW!!! And it definitely has to be black... all black... HA HA!

Indie ArtistHm... unfortunately, it seems like they haven't done a really good job of spreading word about this concert. There are only 30 something people invited to the San Francisco concert event page on Facebook, and I invited about 80% of those... I also haven't seen anyone else in this thread or the VGD thread say they're going to the SF show.
I just told some people in my college anime club today about the concert, so hopefully they'll help spread the word... I would hate for Stereopony to come all the way here and be greeted by a tiny crowd, especially if I want them to convince Scandal to come too!

Shiroten Performer@geofreak has VGD released ticket sale information. i'm not sure up in the bay area but down here on the japanese tv stations my sister told me they are running commercials for their up coming events down here in So. Cal. i'm they would be stoked at the 30 or so die hard fans but i'm sure it wouldn't be economically feasable for them to come and visit us again.

Caless StudentFor Thursday show I just bought 24 14-inch glowsticks. Should I buy more. I'll sell them for a $1 since as much as I love you guys, I'm not rich like Sam. LOL

Indie ArtistI went to the show at Amoeba today. Even though it was only 30 minutes, it was awesome! I was especially impressed with Nohana's bass playing. I'm also glad that they brought a touring guitarist, because otherwise they would have to play with a recorded guitar track since they're only a 3-piece band. They played about 7 songs total, including their new single Stand By Me (I think; that was the only song I didn't recognize). I can't wait for tomorrow's concert!
They also had More! More!! More!!! limited edition B on sale. I bought one and got it signed! It also came with a poster, which the staff said would be the same one we get at the meet and greet session. For those of you who are curious, it's the poster that they used to promote the tour: http://www.verygooddays.com/main/5262/stereopony-tour-poster/
About two dozen Stereopony fans showed up. Another two dozen or so people happened to be in the store at the time and stopped by to listen. Now I'm a lot less worried about the turnout for tomorrow, since a decent number showed up for this short live.
Side note: Amoeba's Japanese music selection is better than most other places, but I wouldn't call it "world class" like their website claims. No SCANDAL or Stereopony (except for MMM, which was on sale only for this event).

Indie ArtistGot back from Slim's a little while ago. The show was awesome!!! Nohana is amazingly talented. I got to stand front and center and admire her bass playing :D
They played about 15 songs and 1 encore. The meet and greet beforehand was a bit disappointing, to be honest. We got an autographed poster (already signed beforehand), and went to a side room to take a picture with them, and that was it. I expected some handshake event where we would get to talk with them for a bit. I actually got more out of the signing after the Amoeba show yesterday. But it's understandable, since they probably were busy with interviews/photoshoots/etc. all day and still had to prepare for the show.
But the show was so great that it made up for the meet and greet. Pretty much flawless playing by each member, and Aimi's voice was powerful as always. As I mentioned before, the supporting guitarist (Mao) really helps round out their sound. I also think Nohana looks a lot more confident now. Maybe it's just the bangs...
I also met some of the VGD guys, and they were really cool. Also extremely dedicated and hardcore! Two of them are going to every show on the tour, from Sakura-Con to Santa Ana. They're providing news updates and photos for their site. I can't wait to see their stuff from tonight and the remaining shows. Best of luck to them and to Stereopony!

Shiroten Performer@bigz and noodles. I was looking forward to meeting you guys. I noticed some SH members wearing the Budokan shirts and Towels. The concert was awesome. I brought my homie who was unfamiliar with Japanese music except for the karaoke laser discs our parents play and he couldn't believe how great they were. I took off right after the encore anything interesting happen?

@ Ino: Where were you man?! Did you come and say "wazzap!" to one of us at least? Honestly, I don't remember anything after the last quarter of the Key Club show... I didn't drink too hardcore (not that I think at least), but if you add sleep deprivation and medication into the mix, my night ended way earlier than it should have... I'm a heavy weight, so it caught me off guard and I missed out on a show that I was at... HA HA! Ironic huh?
