So since there is no SSB thread here (correct me if I'm wrong) wanted to see if there is any player here.

With Super Smash Bros. 4 announced for Wii U and 3DS, wanted to see the thought of people on new character, Stage, Mode, Etc.

Personnaly a big fan of those game from SSB64.

My personal though on the new comers

(If you don't want to be spoiled I don't know how to do spoiler thing so don't read after this xD)

Wii Fit trainer look funny to play. Weird chose to add in the game to me xD.

Mega Man look great. Have nice move and the final smash is EPIC :D

Villager look like a troller character xD

Rosalina&Luma will probably replace Ice Climber and this is fine with me. And they look really strong being able to fight at two place at the same time will be hard to play but well played, will be awesome.

Little Mac look awesome on the ground. But I personally hate character that don't have good recovery xD

Greninja look like a good character

Mii fighter will be interesting with that possibility of having different move.

Palutena also look strong

Pac Man.....emmmm nothing really to say it's.....Pac Man in SSB lol

Lucina look to have a lot the same move as Marth

And Robin a Fire Emblem spell caster, will be interesting I think


Pesonnaly I main Marth and Yoshi. Just really love them. Still disapointed Ness isn't announced yet :O

Actually when the game will come out hope I can find people to play with because nobody here want to play vs me

Ah... SSB.

I loved SSB64, that was my childhood game.

I didn't really like Melee, it was too fast for my liking.

Brawl was... eh.

Hoping that the Wii U one is going to be amazing.

Favourite character? Looking at my avatar, it should give away who it is.

Actually melee was sort of a bugged/glitched game that became really popular for competitive play it opened but was..... really fast and glitchy xD

And you didn't like brawl? Actually was the opposite of Melee instead of thinking of the competitive scene, Nintendo wanted to make this more of a casual player game. The tripping was really annoying xD. Also break the target was decieving in this game in my opinion xD

But with SSB4, it look like they want to make this fun for both side. (Gamecube controler, Final Destination version of the stage are some exemple of what they do for competitive).

Actually for your friend code wait that I get a Wii U before telling me XD but gonna have the 3DS version when it come out this November. (I was actually not sure if I was going to get a Wii U just because anyway nobody play with me and it get boring playing alone all the time. The few people with who I played SSB got bored of playing with me after some game because I was winning and games were not even close....at the end we were doing tournament and it was 1v1 and a bot level 9 to make it fair(but then I was loosing all the time xD))

Talking about Super Smash Bros I only tried the 64 one few years ago I never had a N64 or Gamecube I'm not really familiar with the game but I used to play some SSB like games ( Battle Stadium, Jump Ultimate Stars...) and I pretty liked them ^_^

Also this morning I saw an article talking about an independent game based on SSB called Super Smash Flash 2 it's a free SSB 2D flash game with some manga character like Ichigo Naruto Goku and Sora from Kingdom Hearts and an online mode.

The online mode seems  not working yet and since it's an independent game it may contains some bugs but well I tried it  and it's pretty funny.

Tried that Super Smash Flash 2. It's nice. Only thing missing is my Game Cube controller, 3D character and to be on TV and it's Super Smash Bros for real with some awesome New Comers :D. Even if those would never be in SSB since SSB only accept character that are born in games. So character coming from Manga won't happen in SSB. And I guess there is some Copyright thing that would make some character impossible for Nintendo to add. They are already lucky enough to have Pac-Man, Mega Man and Sonic with Mario in this game ^^

3DS Smash is out in Japan!

Looking at some streams trying to find player trying the new character....and now I want it now....Need to play Brawl because of that. Why do we have to wait 03/10/14

After testing it a little (9 hours with a friend with only 5 characters and a single stage) my preferate character :

Link (He is so much better than he was in Brawl, he's just amazing in this game!)

Villager (That thing is so funny to play, especially in villager vs villager games xD)

Mario (Well I liked him in Brawl and I think his ability to chain moves is better in this game)

Pikachu (The ''nerf to down special/Thunder is huge, need  to relearn the usage of that)

Mega Man (He's nice but I don't really like too many range attack)

Man, I can't wait. A while ago I woke up early to watch the Nintendo announcements, so I know  some(or most to almost all) of the newly added characters. I'm so ready to try out the new characters!

Got my 3DS version already! Anyone planning on getting that version too?

Woahhh did you watch the video 50 reason to play smash on Wii U? So many things! 8 players smahs! And at the end we learn Mewtwo come back in spring 2015 for those who got the two versions! Even if I don't really like Mewtwo, I know a lot wanted him back so that's nice! Now only less than one month to get Smash on Wii U

This is actually terrifying. Apparently, the Wii U console can also turn useless too because of this error... I hope Nintendo comes up with some patch to fix this up!

Actually after some research, the problem isn't even linked with smash, it always as been and only happen if you do things like quit while saving or while online so its not actually that terrifying. Just do things as you always did with your Wii U and you should be fine. Its just that more people started to play Wii U online with Smash.

I mean yeah its a little normal to be scared of having a problem but if the issue as always been there, for any other game and you never got it, then why not play smash as you played any other game?

Heheh I got Smash 64 in 1999 when I was 4 years old! lol I actually still have the original copy of each game I got too!

I think the Smash Wii U blows every other one of them away, it's super fun even though online is laggy as hell...

I play with every character so a list would be hard, but here's one anyways!

Also you should totally learn to my friend how to play Falco in smash 4 cuz its been his main character from Melee and now he's totally unable to play him and now play Little Mac way too much xD

Little Mac broken? So easy to kill let him be good on the ground haha. Like seriously, every one can combo him out of grab at 0% and kill him without him being able to do anything xD

Actually about teaching, was a joke  My friend is still kinda OK playing Falco, he just started to play a lot of other character cuz of how slow Falco is running now compared to before. Like, now he's playing Little Mac like I said and, ZSS, Robin, Lucina with some try to get better with the new Falco ^^
